Change how Rx history is imported into narratives.
When using e-prescribe, it imports all the rx history and detail. Most of it is unnecessary info for a report. We have been deleting all of that info. There should be an option to exclude it.

Bar Code Scan for Implant Center
It's a bit of a process to log implants/abutments in/out of the Implant Center. Most of the Implants/Abutments have a bar code on their packaging. It would be amazing if there was a way to take a picture with your smartphone or utilize a bar code scanner to log in/out an implant/abutment and have this be the way to Log the product into the patient's cart.

Please inform our office when glitches are fixed, not waiting until I happen to call with another problem!
Paper receipts printed extra blank pages with the latest update, but I was informed today that the problem was fixed in October. It wasn't until I called today about a new problem, check tracer feature changes number by itself, that I was told that both problems were fixed with the latest version. A simple phone call, email, text, fax would have been nice to avoid the problem I am having right now of not being able to trace this check!

Don't register the "guarantor" when registering a new "minor" patient
When registering a "minor" new patient and creating a guarantor it is creating that patient as a new patient as well, not the case, and to ask the office to create a marker and then exclude from the new patient report to get a true report is creating more unnecessary work.

It would be AMAZING to have the Reference and Lot numbers for the implant input in the Implant Center as a merge field
It would be AMAZING to have the Reference and Lot numbers for the implants as a merge field to be used in the Narrative Templates. The info could be pulled from the Implant Center! It would make an IC's job a lot easier!!!!

Create filters in Pretreatment Status Report for "Returned" v. "Waiting/Submitted"
Make a way to filter either "Returned" or "Waiting/Submitted" pre-determinations when running the Pretreatment Status report. When I need to check on pre-treatment estimates that haven't been returned by the insurance company, I have to weed through 40+ pages of ones that are already done. Or the other way around - I want to follow up and schedule patients who have completed pre-d's, and they're mixed with all the ones we're still waiting for.

Processing Insurance Credit Card Payments.
There are several insurance companies that are now going paperless and requesting we receive our payments by credit card. At this time we are calling the insurance companies and requesting a paper check, but we have been notified by an insurance company customer service rep that the insurance company can refuse payment if we do not accept the credit card payment as payment. Another problem with this is, waiting on a paper check to be reissued holds up payment for us when we have already actually received payment.

Automatically create an entry in Contact Notes from the notes generated when an appointment is cancelled.
When an appointment is cancelled, it would be extremely helpful if any notes entered are automatically placed into the Contactes Notes tab. We are currently copying and pasting information about the patient's cancellation into Contact Notes to keep it there with all other correspondence and phone calls. If it does not paste automatically, it would be helpful if there is a check box to create the Contact Note when cancelling the appointment. Thank you.

Referrer markers
Currently have the ability to add referral markers but they only pop up on the initial pre reg appointment. Would like these markers to pop up for ALL appointments, new or future.

ENLARGE OR ALLOW CUSTOMIZATION OF THE FONT USED FOR LABELS
In version 2013, the font used for referring doctors label is apparently hardcoded and cannot be enlarged or altered. The current font size is small and appears unprofessional or difficult to read. This is to request that in the Preferences, Printing Default Tab, that you include an option to select a font type and font size that will be used on all labels, whether it is patient or referring doctor labels. If this is not possible, would you kindly at least enlarge the font so that it is more appropriate for mailing? A font size of at least 10 is…

Scheduling Warning
We have many schedulers who may pick the same appointment day, time and column. Then they finish entering all the information, confirm with patient date and time, then click ok only to find out at that time the appointment has been taken by another scheduler. The system should warn you as soon as you open the appointment to schedule that it has been taken by some one else not after you finish entering all the information and confirm with the patient.

It would be helpful to be able to print an address label for a group within the referrers tab
Go to Referrers tab, then Groups. There is no way to print an address label for a group of referrers. You can only print a label for each individual referrer. It would be a nice idea if this was an option.

Implant Tracking
It would be beneficial to have the tooth # and not just position appear on the first screen of the implant tracking so I am not having to open each item to see what tooth it is. The position of the implant (i.e. upper, lower, and upper & lower) does not give enough information for patient's with multiple implants.

Totaling the amount of anesthesia administered
Under the anesthesia log when drugs are administered they should automatically be totaling. This would let the doctor see the total amount administered at any time during the surgery.

Add a Referral and x-ray received section on the Make Appointment page that will appear on the appointment block.
Our office would like to see a section on the Make Appointment page where you can indicate whether you have received a referral and x-ray from the referring doctor. Then we would like to see something as simple as and "R" and an"X" to carryover to the appointment block where you can see that you have received them withour asking someone or going all the way into the file. We currently add it in after the Service code, but sometimes there's not enough room.

Implant Center Totals by Manufacture number not lot number
When tracking inventory of a product in implant center there isn't a way to track the total of the product by part number or manufacture number. Implant center tallies products by lot number or location which doesn't give me an accurate total without having to add the sums by hand which defeats the purpose and leads to error.
