Scheduling Warning
We have many schedulers who may pick the same appointment day, time and column. Then they finish entering all the information, confirm with patient date and time, then click ok only to find out at that time the appointment has been taken by another scheduler. The system should warn you as soon as you open the appointment to schedule that it has been taken by some one else not after you finish entering all the information and confirm with the patient.

Why does the appointment show posted after you take the patient's payment? Most Oral Surgery offices collect BEFORE the surgery or Consult. It should only show posted AFTER the charges have been posted. DENTRIX does a good job of this.

In the insurance profile window, that area should display the telephone # as that is used most often. You should not need to click edit

appt type specifics
Our office has a "templet" of sorts that we structure our schedule around, as I'm sure all other offices have. We need our schedule to be diverse to ensure we treat a variety of pts with a variety of needs, so we cant just sched anything anywhere, so we limit how many of what is on a given day.
Something that would be paramount is some type of preferences option for the schedule. For example, if we only wanted to take out one set of wisdom teeth per day per doctor, we currently have to click through every single day,…

Integrated Electronic Sign-in/Check-in Application
It would greatly help larger practices if there was a way that patients could check themselves in on a separate screen or iPad that integrates with the software to reflect their arrival status. Currently, we are relying on a paper sign in sheet at the front desk which causes a lot of traffic when multiple patients arrive at one time. If there was a way to have the patients type in their name on a device, and then have a list on the edge of our screens, possibly like the pop up "Virtual Scan Forms" window, showing the order of…

in office filter
In Office Screen - Currently you can filter this by provider and status. When you filter by status, you are only able to choose one. Would like the ability to filter by multiple status (but not all).

SHOW REFERRER ON APPOINTMENT LIST
Currently the Appointment List shows only the Gen. Dent. I would like to see it show the Referring Provider instead or give us the option to include that.

Virtual Scan Form Pop Up for current and past days.
Virtual Scan pop-up only shows on the current day. Reports now only available to search for appointments that did not have a Ledger posting, but we are unable to check for past Pending or Routed forms that were meant for a patient’s Treatment Plan. It would be helpful to click on past days in the Appointment Book and still have Pop-ups showing any Pending or Routed forms, which have not been posted yet, whether intended for the Ledger or Treatment Plan.

Right click and go straight to treatment plan
Is there a way to right click and go straight to the treatment plan and print? As of right now our treatment plans are merged in letters. We just changed to OMS Vision and you have to go to so many steps to get where you want to be.... seems to be working harder and not smarter.

Make the font bigger for appointment book
The font is small for the patient names. It would be nice to be able to make the font bigger or the whole appointment book font igger so it is easier to read.

Today's date block on calendar is too light - difficult to see.
When double clicking on the date at the top of the appointment book to bring up the 6 month calendar, we find it difficult to see today's date block. The gray is very light and difficult to discern among all the other gray. Please consider changing it to a color that is more pronounced.

When you are searching for a patient through prereg but no appointment is indicated, but pt has appointment in software.
What causes the patient's appointment to not be shown?
