  1. Accounts Receivables report by Billing Type.

    The ability to run an AR report by Billing Type would be beneficial. Currently we can export the file to Excel and sort by Billing Type, but this ties up a lot of time.

  2. Report for appointments made

    We'd like to see a report that lists every appointment that was made on a particular day. So I could pull a report of appointments made yesterday to verify all pertinent info was entered and or checked ahead of time. Also to keep track of each employees appointment setting rate.

  3. Create filters in Pretreatment Status Report for "Returned" v. "Waiting/Submitted"

    Make a way to filter either "Returned" or "Waiting/Submitted" pre-determinations when running the Pretreatment Status report. When I need to check on pre-treatment estimates that haven't been returned by the insurance company, I have to weed through 40+ pages of ones that are already done. Or the other way around - I want to follow up and schedule patients who have completed pre-d's, and they're mixed with all the ones we're still waiting for.

  5. HIPPA: user access report

    HIPPA requires that we document when patient data is read as well as change logging. Please add compliance reporting to capture all data reads within the application. Thanks!

  6. AR marker warning

    When running the Aging report, there is an option to add a marker to all patients that get pulled on the report.

    Repercussions on this is that most people do not realize that it is adding it to ALL patients that the report pulls. And there is not way to remove it without manually going patient to patient.

    Recommendation - Add a pop up warning...something like "Are you sure you want to add this marker to all patients on the report?".

  7. Treatment plan conversion

    Currently there are options in the software to see what has been completed, suspended, unplanned, future, etc. on a treatment plan.

    With all that data, we should be able to pull a treatment conversion report (bating average for lack of a better word).

    Would like a report that would tell what was treatment planned, what was completed and what was suspended (refused) or marked for future.

    This would allow us to see a treatment plan conversion rate. How good (or bad) we are doing at getting patients to proceed with the recommended treatment.

    I think including codes (preference check) would…

  8. Reports in OMS Vision are very lackluster

    1. OMS Vision allows you to track new patients in almost every report, what about tracking existing patients that return to clinic and the duration of time since their last visit?

    EX: Bob Smith (existing patient) returned for new treatment during March, and it's been 6 months since his last visit/treatment.

    This way, you can track daily/weekly/monthly/etc. the amount of existing patients who are returning and their average length of time between visits

  9. Schedule with first name

    Want the ability to print the schedule with JUST the patient's first name on it. This would help prevent HIPAA violations and yet still allow for a schedule to be hung up in the operatories as needed.

  10. statement scrub

    When generating a batch of statements, there can be several that have issues that would prevent them from being mailed out.

    1. When there is a duplicate address and two statements print

    2. When there is no address

    The statements still print for both of them, then require the office to fix the issue and redo the statement.

    Ideally, would be good to have a "scrubbing" message of some sort.

    Example:
    There are 21 statements with no address, would you still like to print them? Y or N (prints list instead)

  12. Be able to email patient information from the letters in the documents section to the referring doctors instead of mailing them.

    Would be nice if the letters we generate in the documents section under the letter log can be emailed to the referring doctor or dentist instead of having to print out the letter and mailing it. Since postage is going up to 55 cents a letter this would be a real cost savings to a practice.

  13. EXCLUDE PATIENTS THAT HAVE APPTS ON RECALL SYSTEM

    When running a recall report for overdue or due patients the report should exclude patients that already have an appointment. These reports do not at this time.

  14. Average Production By Location

    Please add to the Production Reports an option for average production, by location, for a specific time period. We're unable to locate one, and have checked with support as well.

  15. payment plans/epayments

    When running payment plans, it would be helpful if you can print the epayment report of accounts that were processed or declined (and why they didn't process). At this point you must leave that tiny window open and click on each patient to find this issue.

  16. Code 000011 Needs to be removed from Claims Status Report

    Code 000011 is showing up on our unbilled report as a line item that has not been billed to insurance. This code is for a Ledger Note and you can't bill ledger notes to insurance. It does not make any sense.

  17. Please add the patient's date of birth for post op call list print out

    when we print the post op call list for the Dr. it doesn't have the pt's date of birth. We need this in order to call in any prescriptions for the pt.

  19. Better Revenue Reporting Features

    It would be helpful to have a report that helps track fee increases per code - i.e. date fee was changed, revenue produced from fee increases, the ability to compare if you have less patients scheduling appointments after fee increase (to see if your fees are too high and need to be adjusted) etc.

  20. Referral reports

    When Running a referral report, I want to see how many new patients were referred to each Dr in our practice not as a practice. When I run report now it shows Production and collections separated but not number of new patients that referring Dr sent to each Dr. It calculates number of new patients to the practice, We want to know number of patients referred to each individual Dr.
