Report for appointments made
We'd like to see a report that lists every appointment that was made on a particular day. So I could pull a report of appointments made yesterday to verify all pertinent info was entered and or checked ahead of time. Also to keep track of each employees appointment setting rate.

We are in need of a similar report, specifically showing us a report of new patients scheduled and the user who scheduled them.
