When are we getting our referral reporting back? We need it and miss it terribly.

Truform and registration
I would like to have the truform integrated into the registered patients. We have to register patients in order to gather information prior to the visit.

Re-building Virtual Scan Forms with new ICD-10 codes
Currently when re-building your Virtual Scan forms, to replace the diagnosis codes, you have to add the new ICD-10 codes individually. As there are now sometimes 4-5 new codes for the one ICD-9 code, this is going to take days. There has to be an easier solution to this!!

Filter appointment book by office hours
We would like to be able to hide hours that we are not in the office...for example we are not open from 6 am to7 am and close at 5 pm..... we would like to hide these out of office times on the appointment book / configuration.

EHR narratives in jpg format.
Eclaims must have all attachments in jpg format. EHR narratives do not have the option to change to jpg format. Since jpg is what is required, OMS should allow the option.

CHANGE THE FORMAT ON THE LABELS FOR PRE-REGISTRATION CHART LABELS SO THAT THE LAST NAME APPEARS FIRST.
RIGHT NOW THE CHART LABELS FOR PRE-REGISTRATION ARE BACKWARDS FROM REGISTERED PATIENTS LABELS. IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO HAVE IT FLOW IN THE EXACT SAME FORMAT AS EACH OTHER. IF SOME OFFICES NEED THIS TO BE IN THAT FORMAT (FIRST NAME FIRST) THEN AT LEAST HAVING THE OPTION TO FORMAT THE LABELS OURSELVES WOULD BE GREAT. I KNOW WE CAN CREATE LABEL SETS FOR REGISTERED PATIENTS BUT WE CANNOT FOR PRE-REGISTERED PATIENTS.

Create the ability to delete a notation of resubmission in the Show Claim details
When you look at a posted procedure in te ledger and you want to view the claims submitted, often a claim shows as resubmitted but it was done in error. We would like a way to delete or remove a submission line in the show claims table.

Ability to view treatment plan in the background while signing
Since our last updated (14.0.2) the print preview of the treatment plan that pulls up in the background (while the patient is signing in the digital signature box) is blank. Prior to this update the patient could see the print preview in the background and see that it was what we presented to them, and they felt much more comfortable signing. Right now it looks like they're signing a blank document and I've had several patients express how uncomfortable they were to sign this.

social security number on Pre-reg first screen
Have a spot to fill in new patients social security number on the pre-reg screen with the rest of demographics to insure we are not making duplicate charts.

quick pay for credit card transactions
we use Trans First and are unable to use the quick pay feature for credit card transactions. I thought this was going to be corrected in the last update but was told that his was not fixed.

Implant inventory
to be able to move items up and down to group like items together instead of new items listed at bottom of list (the way you can move the medical history questions & field list in narratives around. It would make finding items easier.

Treating Doctor Provider # easier to Change
When a patient returns to the office and will be seen by a different doctor, once the appointment is changed on the appointment book, the patient information center should change to that doctor and continue through the EHR .

Inactive Providers should be filtered out throughout the system i.e. appointment list print
Inactive Providers are not filtered out of the doctors appointment list print. Inactive Providers should be filtered out throughout the program.

Changing treatment plan sequence when using virtual scan forms.
When creating treatment plan through the virtual scan forms, we should be able to dictate the order in which they are printed. i.e. consultation first, imaging second, procedures next and anesthesia last. Currently, the anesthesia is halfway printed first, everything else is in random order.
