Updating Scan Forms
When adding or deleting items from Scan Forms have the system automatically update Scan Forms attached to future appointments. We schedule several weeks out and have to delete and re-add scan forms to each existing appointment in order to have the updated form available. Very time consuming.

Implant inventory list
When adding new products to the implant inventory list there is no way for it to be entered by category instead in enters by order of submission making it difficult to find on the list therefore it is now useful. Please respond.

Accounts Receivables report by Billing Type.
The ability to run an AR report by Billing Type would be beneficial. Currently we can export the file to Excel and sort by Billing Type, but this ties up a lot of time.

implant details
In the Edit Implant items window, we are only allowed to enter 1 bone material/membrane per implant. There are cases where we use several for one area. Is there some way to enter this in multiple times in order to track the lot numbers?

Tracking of ACH Payments
Would be nice to be able to track ACH payments in detail just like the "check tracer" soon all insurances will process through ACH. This would be very helpful for large payments (ie. Medicaid which runs many (60+) payment on that one ACH posting. I have made separate "MODE" types (ie. ACH-MCD, ACH-Aetna) to help separate but can not get posting details to check

in confirmation status make a category of no showed or cancelled
When looking at schedule, we would like to see what happened to the patient at 8:00, if we could add a category and color of no showed or cancelled to the options

ledger multiple transfer
The ability to transfer or edit multiple lines at once on the ledger, or have a pop up box as if you want to cascade the change to all procedures for that posting date. Example, if you change the location or doctor number when editing the line. Example 2 would be to highlight the entire posting date and transfer to patient or insurance.

Inactivate insurance
Would like the ability to inactivate an insurance profile. After being on the software for a while, we have profiles that are no longer active but we may need to refer back to for old claims or filing...thus we don't want to combine or delete them.

Date Stamp for Comments in Pre-Registration
We would appreciate the ability to insert a date stamp into the Comments boxes in Pre-Registration 'Contact' tab. Henry Schein's Dentrix program allows a user to insert a date/time stamp. For example, clicking on the date stamp button inserted the following text ---------04/04/2016 8:35 am------------- into comments. (Or at least it used to do so when we used the program before switching to OMSVision). This date/time stamp was very helpful for tracking comments. We often make a note that we requested an x-ray of medications list from a provider and date our note and enter our initials. We then update…

We would like only our notes that we type in to transfer from pre-reg to the appointment book.
We do not like the auto populated notes that pop into the appointment comments from pre-reg, we would just like it to show what we type in only.

Appointment History
In the Appointment history, it would be nice if more than just the last change was listed. There are times when appointment notes are changed or editted 2 or 3 times and we can only view the last time that it was done.

will you be creating a way to email xrays encrypted within the program?
HIPPA is requiring the sending of patient xrays encrypted. will you be creating a way to email xrays in a protected mode? I know of one program that send xrays by email which requires a password in order to open them. this would be very helpful.

Allow emailing of revised letters to referrers from document center
Currently, if you revise a letter that is already in the document center and choose it to be emailed, it emails to the patient not the referrer. Our doctors are not doing their own letters on the computer (their staff are) so they want to review it and make any changes before emailing the final letter. It does not make sense that you cannot email it to the referrer unless it is a brand new letter. Please change this allowing offices to be much more efficient. At this time, we are having to recreate letters mulitple times after each revision…
