Financial Report/Key Indicators
Minimize the reporting options and create a single quarterly financial report that includes several key indicators that help a practice evaluate it's financial health. Rather than having to run several different reports (or schedule several different reports to run) it would be nice to look at a single report containing all the information we need. I have more information and some key indicators that are valuable to us if you feel like this would be beneficial.

Would like a "bridge" created that would link and search for the patient on the prescription drug monitoring program websites. A lot of these are state specific websites. Would love for there to be a link and then the link can be specified in preferences as to which website you would be directed to.

narratives lay out
Currently when you add a new narrative, there are folders down the left hand side that are used when creating templates.
Issue 1 - People often click in here by accident, adding things, changing, deleting. There is no way to put security on them either.
Issue 2 - Really don't want to see these unless I am editing or creating new templates.
Proposed solution - Switch the positioning of the folders and the actual narrative names. So, when you open narratives, instead of seeing folders there, you would see a list of the possible narrative templates, you click on it…

A report that shows referrals by zipcode would really help in making effective marketing visits.

Email folders
It would be nice if we could have folder(s) in our email to save them and not have them be in the mass. Also a sent file would be great

Do not power merge automatically
Please create an enhancement so that the narratives do not automatically power merge when selecting them from a VSF. We are a ASC and need to select 12+ narratives at once on the VSF, but do not want the fields to be merged. We select these narratives a few days prior to the patient arriving onsite.

EHR narrative review for unreviewed
Within the EHR review window, would like a "button" that I can press to see ALL un-reviewed narratives, regardless of the date range.
Also - would like to see appointment service

referrals - show table in different format
Currently when you open the Referrer table, it shows the referrers in first name last name format.
When you search, it filters it by last name. However, we have several referrers with the last name "F".
Would like this format to be last name first name instead in the table.

I would really like there to be an option for Co-Therapist
I would really like there to be an option for Co-Therapists to receive envelopes under letters. The options are so limited. As an OMFS practice, we often see patients who require interdisciplinary care and frequently refer out to other specialists. We have customized a letter for introducing new patients in conjunction with the co-therapist referral, however, you cannot print an envelope to co-therapists from letters.

Repair glitch in registering patient
When I register a patient and click on the appropriate gender M or F, the patient look up screen pops up.
2 votesI would recommend speaking to our support department regarding this, they have the proper tools necessary to duplicate and report these types of issues.

When we are typing the "optional" note to patient in the treatment plan screen, the treatment screen becomes blank
With the latest update, when the box pops up in the treatment plan for the note to patient, it doesn't show the treatment behind it. This just began happening with this update. When typing the patient note, you need the treatment details to be visible for reference, as opposed to the blank white screen that is currently there. Can we revert back to the old way?
1 voteThis doesn’t seem like an intentional change, I would recommend reaching out to our support teams, that way if it’s an issue it can be properly documented.

Collection Agency Payments
Adding "Collection Agency Payment" under payments where "Patient/Guarantor" payment is. This will allow us to run reports on collection payments. Currently we have it set as "Patient payment".

Allow for different separation/more separation on the estimator tool
We have found that some insurance companies offer coverage for simple extraction only and have no coverage for any other oral surgery services--so if you put 100% coverage in the "Oral Surgery" tool in estimator it calculates all oral surgery services covered at 100%...there should be a better way to allow for it to be broken down. Also, perhaps Anesthesia should be listed as a separate service....it's only listed under Misc/Other in the estimator

Archiving
My server needs more space to accommodate all of the patient photos. There should be a way to archive patients to an external drive, such as patients over two years old, etc

When adding an item in the EMR - TX window- it is often necessary to reposition it. When we add an item and reposition it without saving, exiting, and reopening the tx portion - the TX window crashes.When deselecting the "apply to all items" box in the EMR TX - if I do not follow the numerical order - the Tx item moves to the top…

Send a letter to referring docs without a patient attached
We are looking to send a letter to ALL our referring docs. We want the merge fields of their name and address to actually merge when printing the letter. We call about this issue, but the solution did not work. I don't want to attach this letter to a patient. Exporting the referral data base, does not give the addresses. HELP!

Allow more characters to describe the Service in Fees
We need to be able to type more characters in the Description box when adding a new service to the Fees button. Many laceration repair procedures are very specific to area/size and we can't adequately describe them.

multiple DEA numbers
We are required in the state of TN to have multiple DEA numbers if we are dispensing drugs in office. So we had to add a provider multiple times in the system to accommodate this.
Would be nice to have a preference that could be turned on, that would allow you to link multiple DEA numbers by state within the provider window.

Delete or edit medications
There is no longer a method to delete or modify patients medications. If a patient comes in for a new visit and is no longer taking a previous antibiotic or the dosing on a medication has changed, this can not be altered in the EHR. It would be nice to be able to change this. Also to correct spelling of medications if a staff member incorrectly enters a medication name.
