Collection Agency Payments
Adding "Collection Agency Payment" under payments where "Patient/Guarantor" payment is. This will allow us to run reports on collection payments. Currently we have it set as "Patient payment".

You can already add new payment types, and can add a payment type for “Collections”
Is that what you were looking for?

I believe that question refers to "Payer" not "Payment Types" When you click to make a payment whether in the 1st drop down you have to choose patient or insurance carrier name, I think they would like it to list "Collection Agency" as they are the one who is remitting the payment.

I just made an insurance profile for "Collection Agency" and then make that the payer. Maybe this will help until they can update!
