This is a preference setting, the 7th checkbox down on the right hand side under “Insurance Defaults”, it’s called “Use HIPAA numeric quadrant codes on ADA Claims”
If you have difficulty finding the preference setting, please contact our support team.

You can already add new payment types, and can add a payment type for “Collections”
Is that what you were looking for?
An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedI believe that question refers to "Payer" not "Payment Types" When you click to make a payment whether in the 1st drop down you have to choose patient or insurance carrier name, I think they would like it to list "Collection Agency" as they are the one who is remitting the payment.
Is there a way to add notes to the bottom of a billing statement, including fixed comments such as Care Credit payment info
