  1. Merging Accounts

    We need to have the ability to merge accounts. For example if the same patient is created twice We need the ability to merge the accounts into one. So all EHR Narratives, contact notes, phone numbers, address and ledger notes are combined into one account

  2. Treatment plan status change

    Currently if you want to change the status on a phase within the treatment plan, you have to do it line by line. This can be a lengthy process if you have a large treatment plan.

    Would like the ability to highlight a phase within a plan and select to change the status on all lines.

    Examples:
    Change all lines to future (in order to put them on a future WIP report)
    Change all lines to suspended (for treatment refused)
    Change all lines to custom (for medical clearance or similar)

  3. Ability to choose CPT or CDT when submitting a claim

    When submitting or resubmitting a claim, the ability to choose the CPT or CDT code for that claim.

    We have a medical carrier that wants dental codes for certain things and medical codes for others. Currently we have to go into the insurance profile and change it back and forth between CPT and CDT to get the claim correct.

    If we had a check box on the submission/resubmission window, this would simplify this process a lot!

  4. Collection Agency Payments

    Adding "Collection Agency Payment" under payments where "Patient/Guarantor" payment is. This will allow us to run reports on collection payments. Currently we have it set as "Patient payment".

  6. see claim detail

    With other software programs, a single line is added to the ledger to indicate a claim was generated and to which carrier.

    Office realizes this detail is available by going to the related transaction window but would like something easier to see visually at a glance from the ledger. (without scrolling).

  7. Don't register the "guarantor" when registering a new "minor" patient

    When registering a "minor" new patient and creating a guarantor it is creating that patient as a new patient as well, not the case, and to ask the office to create a marker and then exclude from the new patient report to get a true report is creating more unnecessary work.

  9. Permission to delete

    We would like you to have permission before anything is deleted in the PIC. i.e. patient's insurance memeber numbers are way too easy to delete, and social security numbers. The member id gets deleted, then somehow the claim goes out without it.

  10. Deciduous should always be available to post regardless of patient"s age. Daniel Wilkinson, this is a major problem that needs to be address

    Deciduous teeth should always be able to be posted. They cannot be posted in a treatment plan if the patient is older than seven. There is no seven year old that has shed all of their deciduous teeth. Daniel Wilkinson, this needs to be addressed and fixed. Just leave them open. There are adults who have deciduous teeth.

  11. Add the time of the appointment to the pre-registration table

    New patients FREQUENTLY call to inquire about their upcoming appointment. We can see the date when we go to pre-registration. BUT currently we have to close the table and go to the calendar and find the time. It is very frustrating for office staff and patients to have to wait for something so simple that can be written into the program.

  12. It would be helpful to be able to print an address label for a group within the referrers tab

    Go to Referrers tab, then Groups. There is no way to print an address label for a group of referrers. You can only print a label for each individual referrer. It would be a nice idea if this was an option.

  14. Updating Scan Forms

    When adding or deleting items from Scan Forms have the system automatically update Scan Forms attached to future appointments. We schedule several weeks out and have to delete and re-add scan forms to each existing appointment in order to have the updated form available. Very time consuming.

    Currently in the significant medical history section, you have to single click an item at a time to add it to the window.

    Would like to be able to highlight multiple items at once and then paste.

  16. pharmacy linked to rx

    Currently have all our pharmacies added into the card file. Would like the ability to add that pharmacy via drop down menu to the patient's note section of the medical rx. Ideally this would also push into eRX if office is using it.

  19. Automatically create an entry in Contact Notes from the notes generated when an appointment is cancelled.

    When an appointment is cancelled, it would be extremely helpful if any notes entered are automatically placed into the Contactes Notes tab. We are currently copying and pasting information about the patient's cancellation into Contact Notes to keep it there with all other correspondence and phone calls. If it does not paste automatically, it would be helpful if there is a check box to create the Contact Note when cancelling the appointment. Thank you.

  20. Processing Insurance Credit Card Payments.

    There are several insurance companies that are now going paperless and requesting we receive our payments by credit card. At this time we are calling the insurance companies and requesting a paper check, but we have been notified by an insurance company customer service rep that the insurance company can refuse payment if we do not accept the credit card payment as payment. Another problem with this is, waiting on a paper check to be reissued holds up payment for us when we have already actually received payment.
