Allow users to view attachments in ecentral that are older than 3 weeks or 1 month (the rep wasn't sure)
If NEA stores attachments for 3 years, providers should have access to view those files beyond the time limit set on the Dentrix server. If we are trying to prove that a specific document was sent, we need access to that file beyond the 30-45 days that a carrier would request to process it. If Dentrix doesn't want to pay to store the files, then send the files using the NEA account numbers we used before Henry Schein purchased OMS Vision and screwed this up!!!

Change how Rx history is imported into narratives.
When using e-prescribe, it imports all the rx history and detail. Most of it is unnecessary info for a report. We have been deleting all of that info. There should be an option to exclude it.

Inactivate insurance
Would like the ability to inactivate an insurance profile. After being on the software for a while, we have profiles that are no longer active but we may need to refer back to for old claims or filing...thus we don't want to combine or delete them.

diagnosis code - ability to add the dx to all codes for DOS
Would like the ability to add a diagnosis code to all codes entered for a dos, after it has been entered into the treatment plan or ledger. (in case it was forgotten). Similar to how when you change the provider number, it asks if you want to apply to all...apply dx to all.
Example, recently had to enter dx codes M62.40, M729.1, M60.9 and G43.109 on code J0585. Code J0585 was entered 114 times and each line had to be individually edited and all 4 dx attached. We don't like to delete in case we miss something or change the…

Bar Code Scan for Implant Center
It's a bit of a process to log implants/abutments in/out of the Implant Center. Most of the Implants/Abutments have a bar code on their packaging. It would be amazing if there was a way to take a picture with your smartphone or utilize a bar code scanner to log in/out an implant/abutment and have this be the way to Log the product into the patient's cart.

Date Stamp for Comments in Pre-Registration
We would appreciate the ability to insert a date stamp into the Comments boxes in Pre-Registration 'Contact' tab. Henry Schein's Dentrix program allows a user to insert a date/time stamp. For example, clicking on the date stamp button inserted the following text ---------04/04/2016 8:35 am------------- into comments. (Or at least it used to do so when we used the program before switching to OMSVision). This date/time stamp was very helpful for tracking comments. Appointment time view
We really want to be able to adjust the appointment book viewing times to 7am to 6:30pm or whatever suits our practice time to alleviate some scrolling from top to bottom with times we don't use.

We would like only our notes that we type in to transfer from pre-reg to the appointment book.
We do not like the auto populated notes that pop into the appointment comments from pre-reg, we would just like it to show what we type in only.

Appointment History
In the Appointment history, it would be nice if more than just the last change was listed. There are times when appointment notes are changed or editted 2 or 3 times and we can only view the last time that it was done.

will you be creating a way to email xrays encrypted within the program?
HIPPA is requiring the sending of patient xrays encrypted. will you be creating a way to email xrays in a protected mode? I know of one program that send xrays by email which requires a password in order to open them. this would be very helpful.

Please inform our office when glitches are fixed, not waiting until I happen to call with another problem!
Paper receipts printed extra blank pages with the latest update, but I was informed today that the problem was fixed in October. It wasn't until I called today about a new problem, check tracer feature changes number by itself, that I was told that both problems were fixed with the latest version. A simple phone call, email, text, fax would have been nice to avoid the problem I am having right now of not being able to trace this check!

Re-building Virtual Scan Forms with new ICD-10 codes
Currently when re-building your Virtual Scan forms, to replace the diagnosis codes, you have to add the new ICD-10 codes individually. As there are now sometimes 4-5 new codes for the one ICD-9 code, this is going to take days. There has to be an easier solution to this!!

When will you update software so we have the capability of sending prescriptions electronically.....especially since our ability to call in controlled prescriptions stopped November, 2014 when rules changed?

quick pay for credit card transactions
we use Trans First and are unable to use the quick pay feature for credit card transactions. I thought this was going to be corrected in the last update but was told that his was not fixed.
