On envelopes to referals or patients have the practice return address print on same envelope as referral/ patient address. At this time only integrates Mailing address

Referrring Doctor's Phone #s
In the comment section of appointments, OMSVision pastes the referring doctor's main office phone number only, despite selecting the referring doctor's second or third location in pre-registration. We often hover over an appointment and call the referring doctor to request a radiograph. It would be very useful if OMSVision displayed the phone number belonging to the correct office. Several of our referring doctors have multiple locations, so we appreciate the ability to store and retrieve the various phone numbers accurately.

Do not power merge automatically
Please create an enhancement so that the narratives do not automatically power merge when selecting them from a VSF. We are a ASC and need to select 12+ narratives at once on the VSF, but do not want the fields to be merged. We select these narratives a few days prior to the patient arriving onsite.

size of anesthesia record in EMR
Please make the grid size of where the vitals and anesthesia record are entered as large as possible

Archiving
My server needs more space to accommodate all of the patient photos. There should be a way to archive patients to an external drive, such as patients over two years old, etc

When adding an item in the EMR - TX window- it is often necessary to reposition it. When we add an item and reposition it without saving, exiting, and reopening the tx portion - the TX window crashes.When deselecting the "apply to all items" box in the EMR TX - if I do not follow the numerical order - the Tx item moves to the top…

Tooth treatment selection
During consult appt. teeth indicated for treatment plan are listed to the left on the EMR. Then during the treatment appt. if the patient chooses to have treatment on a lesser number of teeth, all the original teeth planned are now listed on the treatment EMR, which contradicts what is actually happening. Then you have to delete the extra teeth line by line on the treatment EMR. This is very time consuming.
