  1. Ability to view treatment plan in the background while signing

    Since our last updated (14.0.2) the print preview of the treatment plan that pulls up in the background (while the patient is signing in the digital signature box) is blank. Prior to this update the patient could see the print preview in the background and see that it was what we presented to them, and they felt much more comfortable signing. Right now it looks like they're signing a blank document and I've had several patients express how uncomfortable they were to sign this.

  2. social security number on Pre-reg first screen

    Have a spot to fill in new patients social security number on the pre-reg screen with the rest of demographics to insure we are not making duplicate charts.

  3. quick pay for credit card transactions

    we use Trans First and are unable to use the quick pay feature for credit card transactions. I thought this was going to be corrected in the last update but was told that his was not fixed.

  4. Implant inventory

    to be able to move items up and down to group like items together instead of new items listed at bottom of list (the way you can move the medical history questions & field list in narratives around. It would make finding items easier.

  5. Referrer markers

    Currently have the ability to add referral markers but they only pop up on the initial pre reg appointment. Would like these markers to pop up for ALL appointments, new or future.

  7. CHANGE THE FORMAT ON THE LABELS FOR PRE-REGISTRATION CHART LABELS SO THAT THE LAST NAME APPEARS FIRST.

    RIGHT NOW THE CHART LABELS FOR PRE-REGISTRATION ARE BACKWARDS FROM REGISTERED PATIENTS LABELS. IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO HAVE IT FLOW IN THE EXACT SAME FORMAT AS EACH OTHER. IF SOME OFFICES NEED THIS TO BE IN THAT FORMAT (FIRST NAME FIRST) THEN AT LEAST HAVING THE OPTION TO FORMAT THE LABELS OURSELVES WOULD BE GREAT. I KNOW WE CAN CREATE LABEL SETS FOR REGISTERED PATIENTS BUT WE CANNOT FOR PRE-REGISTERED PATIENTS.

  8. Changing treatment plan sequence when using virtual scan forms.

    When creating treatment plan through the virtual scan forms, we should be able to dictate the order in which they are printed. i.e. consultation first, imaging second, procedures next and anesthesia last. Currently, the anesthesia is halfway printed first, everything else is in random order.

  13. Schedule with first name

    Want the ability to print the schedule with JUST the patient's first name on it. This would help prevent HIPAA violations and yet still allow for a schedule to be hung up in the operatories as needed.

  14. document center print

    When you have an item in the document center and you want to print it, you must first highlight it / open it / then choose to print it in whatever platform it opens in (windows picture viewer, adobe viewer, etc.).

    There is a print option on the top of the document center that does not function. If you do not open it and just use that print button, it only prints a portion of the document.

  15. fax number on cotherapist document

    Currently using the cotherapist to document when a patient is referred to cardiology, PCP, etc.

    When printing out the cotherapist document, it does not have the fax number of our office in the details on the top. Currently hand writing it on.

    Most offices want to fax the clearance back to the office. Thus having the fax number at the top of the document would be highly beneficial.

  17. appt type specifics

    Our office has a "templet" of sorts that we structure our schedule around, as I'm sure all other offices have. We need our schedule to be diverse to ensure we treat a variety of pts with a variety of needs, so we cant just sched anything anywhere, so we limit how many of what is on a given day.

    Something that would be paramount is some type of preferences option for the schedule. For example, if we only wanted to take out one set of wisdom teeth per day per doctor, we currently have to click through every single day,…

  19. implant report

    The implant manager has the ability to link a case and stages to the patient's account, indicating where the patient is during the treatment process.

    Currently that report is only pulling stages if there are implant parts attached to the patient.

    There are stages that are not associated with any parts. Example, Consult, Possible Implant, Extraction, Implant Removal.

    The implant report has a field to pull the stages but again, if a part is not attached, it will not pull a "blank" stage basically.

    Would like report updated to be able to pull all stages, regardless of items attached or…
