Please change "Procedure Report" boxes to reflect oral surgery, or make the interactive, so that we can personalize to our office.
Please make Procedure report boxes interactive so we can customize for our office, or at least put categories that oral surgery uses most, the report is useless as is. Thank you-

Family Account For All Family Members
You already do this in Dentrix, so I do not understand why you would not make this a feature in all of your software, that ALL FAMILY MEMBERS can be link to each other without having the same guarantor. Any patient's over the age of 18 are legally their own guarantor but they should still be linked to a family account with their parents.

Have the option to print with or without a letter head
We have problems where we set up the printer to print without letter head tray one and it prints on tray 2 with the letter head. It will be easier to have a printer with one tray and have the option to print or email with or without the letter head.

implant center
The implant center is vital, but is not user friendly and needs attention. It would be nice if we could separate items listed in current inventory items by vendors, categories, lot, and alphabetize the items. Possibly by use of folders? It needs a dedicated search that would search more than just the first letter of the item. When the item is found, would be nice to have the option of attaching to a patient or add to inventory.

Appointment Reminder Labels
Any way to put a check mark box on the appointment scheduling card to automatically print reminder label? That way, when your scheduling a patient and want to print a reminder card, you can do so just by clicking that box. Instead of having to click on the appointment then print label.

With the new update the mail message always stays yellow even if all the messages have been read.
I just want the envelope on the mail messages to go back to gray/white when there are no new messages to read.

MOFS - Ability to edit a description in the marker tab for each individual patient .
For Example : For patients with balances you can enter their amount that is owed so this is the first thing to pop up when opening a chart .

MOFS - ABILITY TO REALLOCATE MONEY
Would like the ability to reallocate the money to correct procedures without having to delete and re-enter the procedures. We're a larger DSO office, with different people posting the charges, the payments and the insurance EOBs....so it is often an issue with us.

Better Reporting System

Deciduous should always be available to post regardless of patient"s age. Daniel Wilkinson, this is a major problem that needs to be address
Deciduous teeth should always be able to be posted. They cannot be posted in a treatment plan if the patient is older than seven. There is no seven year old that has shed all of their deciduous teeth. Daniel Wilkinson, this needs to be addressed and fixed. Just leave them open. There are adults who have deciduous teeth.

TOOTH SELECTOR IS OUTDATED, PER ADA
In 2012, the ADA did away w/the tooth/quad# codes: UR, UL, LR, LL, UA & LA. These lettered codes have been replaced with number codes and that’s the reason many of our claims are rejected. OMSVision needs to be updated in order to comply w/ADA and HIPAA standards.
16 votesThis is a preference setting, the 7th checkbox down on the right hand side under “Insurance Defaults”, it’s called “Use HIPAA numeric quadrant codes on ADA Claims”

List All Related CPT Codes if Left Blank and Medical Insurance is Loaded
If medical insurance is loaded in the patient record, but only a CDT code is posted, require that a CPT code be entered for proper claim submission and when double clicking on the CPT field, drop down the related codes...not the entire list of CPT codes

ability to schedule from other treatment plan phases
Idea entered for SLO OMSF 258907
With the new features in the TXP in version 15.2, the visual aspect of the other plans along the left hand side....would like to be able to schedule and post from those additional tabs.
Perhaps a preference setting to turn feature on/off.
Currently you can only schedule or post from plan 0.
