An error occurred while saving the comment SusanH commentedIt would be wonderful if the insurance reason for denial could post a note on the statement in the same manner that the "Special Notes" can post a comment on billing statements. We currently have to choose an insurance denial, and then enter a "Special Note." Eliminating these two steps to one step would be very helpful.

Can you give us more detail on this? How are you making the payment beforehand?
An error occurred while saving the comment SusanH commentedThe appointment color in the appointment book should not change to blue "posted" when a payment is applied. The Money on Account feature that was taken away is missed. I agree that we now have to post a no charge visit, or pick a prior visit to apply a payment on account. Please bring that back. Thank you for your kind assistance.

We are grateful for the different deductibles and percentages based on categories, but are asking if certain procedure codes could be flagged so that the estimated insurance benefits do NOT get subtracted from the maximum. The maximum does not apply to certain diagnostic and preventative procedures.
