Neutral Gender Option
There is a rise of patients who do not identify with either the male or female gender. When you leave the Prefix blank the default it male. Please include a third category. The pronoun used in the merge field could simply be the patient's first name.

Insurance require a gender. It is based on the gender they assigned with that carrier.
