So the request for this is actually to add it to the Billing Summary screen, since it is already a feature in Quick Pay / Family Pay. Each office uses the payment features differently. Quick Pay requires the office to make a second transaction, thus taking longer to check out a patient. (It does however, have other benefits).

CID 377 - Offices are doing "work arounds" for this - adding in dummy codes and posting them after posting the payment so that it shows on the statements

You are able to do this. Go to the EHR Narratives. Go the EHR merge fields, find a table, right click on it. You will get the "EDIT OPTION" pop up. That will take you to the tables.
Edit will allow you to edit the headers and layout of the table.
Columns allows you to show/hide columns and change the header name, width, etc. -

Report - procedures types and frequency
This report is very much geared towards hospital reporting for larger cases.
Would like the ability to customize the headings and the verbiage that prints out on the report.
Offices are doing "work around" right now on this report, using a box for something other than what it is labeled as and just having a cheat sheet to know what it actually is.
There are really only 4 to 6 boxes that apply here to a "normal" oral surgery practice.

Agreed but could be done on the same report with a preference / check box to separate the figures.
Currently the production and collection are in a combined column total.
Want the ability to have them as separate totals.

CID 406627 - Office would also like this enhancement request to be added. Right now can only see the level.
