Route Slip >
Would like the ability to print a single router for a patient by right clicking on their appt. It is time-consuming to click on the print icon, scroll to routing slips, print and then click current patient under filter. Or by right clicking going to PIC, Print/view, scrolling to route slip.

Rescheduling appointments
We recently updated to version 17.1. Ever since the update the software has been way more sensitive when double clicking on appointments and will automatically go to reschedule the patient or state that we can't schedule there. We'll get a pop up box asking if patient or office is rescheduling, when all we wanted was to open the appointment to add comments/etc. Then there is no way to cancel/stop the rescheduling. Patients have been moved/rescheduled when that wasn't what we were trying to do. This has created a lot of problems, please change the reschedule pop up box so there…

Cancellation Report
Is there a way to generate a report of all the patients that cancelled on a particular date? If not please consider adding this as an option. Thank you.

appointment search
There is an awesome feature in the software for appointment searches.
Appointment book / tools / search / appointment search
It looks for both new and existing patients (only field that does!)Issue - it is hard to find and staff forget where it is all the time. Would like to have it as a quick button on the appointment book instead, like the open time search and printer icon are
(also, it should say that it is first name / last name here, since this is the only search field that goes that way in the software!)

In Office Screen
With the in office screen, you can set it to pop up after __ minutes when a patient is running late.
This is a great feature but it would be even better if it was workstation specific. It is not needed to pop up everywhere. It can be annoying to the staff in the back when they are working on patients.
