Rescheduling appointments
We recently updated to version 17.1. Ever since the update the software has been way more sensitive when double clicking on appointments and will automatically go to reschedule the patient or state that we can't schedule there. We'll get a pop up box asking if patient or office is rescheduling, when all we wanted was to open the appointment to add comments/etc. Then there is no way to cancel/stop the rescheduling. Patients have been moved/rescheduled when that wasn't what we were trying to do. This has created a lot of problems, please change the reschedule pop up box so there is a way to cancel/abort if we don't want to/not trying to reschedule!
This is not an intentional change, I will forward this to the correct team to have this investigated.
