The ability to highlight all the lines for a date of service and transfer them to the patient or insurance.
Currently the only thing you can do this with is the delete option.

"View only" Security Permisisons.
With both admin and clinical staff accessing the software the risk of deleting or changing information on a screen that employee needs to see is very high. i.e., clinical needs to access pt. info screen to take digital x-ray but can delete name, pt. # or ssn. VERY BAD, but happens accidentally.

Give the ability to send a bulk mailing to a group of patients.
When a perio office has pre-registered UNSCHEDULED patients it is good for them to be able to reach out to these people with marketing pieces and to obtain a good New Patient flow to increase revenue. Allowing a bulk format for doing this instead of sending each one individually saves time and frees up team members for other tasks.

Please create the ability to add images to PerioVision's treatment plans.
By adding the ability to add an image (xray or intraoral photo) to Perio Vision's treatment plans, there will be increased value and more urgency to the patient to complete treatment.

Time Clock Flag
Adding a flag for admin to see when employees are clocking in too soon before shift or clocking out too late after shift.

treatment plan extraction when crown missing
If we have charted a tooth missing a crown in Clinical vision, we are unable to treatment plan the remaining root for extraction. We have figured different ways around this, like planning a different tooth for extraction, then editing after, or planning a different service like root retrieval. But should be more straight forward. With or without a crown, extraction is still an appropriate treatment selection.

I can see the level of the person logged in....but not who it actually is. Would like this as an option.

Online Expert Series Training
It would be very nice to see more lessons in the expert series training. As of right now there is only one for scheduling. Seems like PerioVision training has been forgotten about. :-(

Accurate Outstanding Claims Report Needed ASAP!
If a procedure is billed to insurance and a claim has never been received and a patient has an account credit- this does not reflect on the insurance aging report due to the credit balance. In 2023 more offices pre-collect for services/tx plans that may take 6 months to complete- based on timely filing limits with carriers- need this info FAST. As a consultant with 20+ periodontist clients, every other software has an option for this report. HELP!

Provider credentials
In Perio Vision, you are able to mark the provider's degree - DDS, DMD, RDH
You are UNABLE to mark the providers additional credentials - MS, MD, Diplomate, etc
This field does exist in other Vision software platforms. Would like added to Perio Vision

Modify Zip Code area
It would be helpful if the zip code box would work better for Canadian zip codes. Not only for patients, but also referring doctors, as they have a different type of code that the USA.

Changed Payment Screen in PerioVision 16.1
The change when entering payment in payment screen is not user friendly. At first I didn't think it was taking the payment and thought I was backtracking out & then noticed that it actually took the payment. It was better before and would also be great to get an Itemized receipt in the payment screen instead of having to back out and then go into the patient's ledger to be able to give the patient an itemized receipt.

Why is the Default Printer-Nova PDF?
Any time I print, I have to switch my printer. The support at PerioVision said we would only have to switch it once. That is true for PerioVision, but not Microsoft word and other programs that I use. This started with the upgrade, which typically causes issues for 2-3 months. Please get it together and have things worked out before upgrading. It seems that I spend a lot of money after an upgrade with my local computer/IT guy.
1 voteThere is a setting in your operating system that can change what default printer is used by programs you use, this is the setting you want to change.
I recommend you contact our support team, they should be able to help you change your windows default printer.
