Thanks for letting us know about this, If you can provide us with a rejected (and HIPAA redacted) claim from a carrier that documents this, it would go a long way toward expediting this process.
Outside of that, can you give us some examples of specific insurance companies that are requiring this information?

The "What's New" doesn't even list all the new components of an upgrade either. And true, there is always something that doesn't work or that OMS has taken away and we are never made aware. OMS Vision needs to better communicate with their users on so many levels.

When is the last time you have had a webinar? I have been with OMS over 15 years. I have never seen a webinar.

Tweaking the instant messenger so it does not freeze up the system on the person using it. I don't need sound to know I am getting a message as my system will freeze, so I know there's something coming.

You can currently show the check number on your receipts, however – the others are not available.

The check number does NOT show on the receipt. This has been verified by your support team. It will print on an reprinted receipt, but not the receipt printed at time of payment. Thank you for double checking your product.

Updated ICD 10 codes would be greatly appreciated so we don't always have to figure out a way to find time to add new codes constantly.

Or, better yet, bring back the option to post payment on account without having to add the dummy code, like we had in the past
