when you chose the reason for denial from ins. it would be nice if it could show up on the statetment also
If a pt. sees why it's denied it will save on phone calls to our office - with an explanation for the pt.

It would be wonderful if the insurance reason for denial could post a note on the statement in the same manner that the "Special Notes" can post a comment on billing statements. We currently have to choose an insurance denial, and then enter a "Special Note." Eliminating these two steps to one step would be very helpful.

If you add a special Note in the notes tab it will show up on the statement. You can add denial reasons on there
