call list
When placing a patient on call list an ICON should show up on the schedule next to the appointment such as any other alert. So we don't have to go to the list, search for the patient folder.

Make it easier to rotate images and save in same orientation in image library
Mostly happens with patient photo Ids. But other scanned images it happens also. Would like easier fix

When a referral source sells his office it would be nice if you could transfer all the patients (past and present) to new referring dr.
I've been told that due accounting reasons this is not possible now. Used to be able to do, now no. For practicing drs keeping track of referring source this makes sense

EHR Narrative - add email button, customize email message body template
In the EHR Narratives
- Add an Email button next to the export and print button.
- Allow customization of the email message body template.
(Currently, to send an EHR narrative via email, you have to click PRINT and then CHECK A BOX that says "Send as email if available". Currently there is no way to change the email message body template and therefore it must be manually changed every time an email is sent)

EHR, Objective, Pain and Swelling - add current duration, current frequency, if it affects sleep, and associated factors to PAIN
In the EHR, Objective, Pain and Swelling section add the following fields:
- Duration of pain e.g. seconds, minutes, hours
- Frequency of pain if intermittent e.g. every 5 days
- Does pain affect sleep
- Associated factors to the PAIN e.g. sinus infection, clenching and grinding habits, history of TMJ pain, history of trauma to the area12 votesThis feature is coming with our 18.0 update, which will be heading to beta soon. Legally the x-ray date should be the date taken not the date the report is generated.
Endovision has to link to the date the x-ray was taken.

Allow deletion of a referring Dr.
We have several duplicate entries of referring Drs. Many have no patients linked to them. We would like to be able to periodically clean up our database and delete them. I would also like this function to be limited to staff with a higher security level to avoid the wrong ones being deleted.

In the appointment book display referring Dr Name as well as how he/she would like treatment completed with (post build up, post space).
There is currently an option to display the GP's name but if they could add to the same line the "complete tx with" from the Referrers Profile it would fit. It currently pulls procedure, provider and alerts in one line and both home and work #'s in one line. It would be very helpful to see at a glance the referring Doctor and what they would like us to do.

Can we install a pop-up box to warn a second user that an initial user is entering info at that moment?
Under tx summary, the first user will override a second user. A pop-up box would be helpful to warn 2nd user that someone else is in that box.

Can I print a report to find all my Patients that are owed refunds?
Previous front office didn't issue refunds to patients Im trying to clean this up but can't find a report that will make this easier than scrolling.

xray attachment
Would like the ability to include attachments on any email being sent out of Endo Vision. Currently have to send all our attachments (xrays) out as a separate email. Do not want to include them in the narratives because offices cannot download those into their xray software.

Alert if you have a document file for patient
It would be nice if an alert or tab would indicate that you have something in the document file for this patient. Tab or marker please for something in document center. Many times when a patient is referred a email is sent by the gp and radiographs or insurance information are attached. It is much more convenient if all this information is kept together. Not always is other info sent, so need an indicator.

would like the ability to filter the list in the referrer table by company or practice, not just by the doctors name

Please give the option to turn off "Reschedule by patient?" box when moving blocks.
We have multiple locations, but each office sees the same appointment screen. We move in (or out) blocks over to alert the other offices that an appointment is being made. However, now when we move the block we get the "Reschedule by patient?" box that needs to be clicked before we can move the block. This didn't happen before the update. Can you please give us the option to turn that off? It makes a busy scheduling time more difficult than it should (or used to) be. Thanks.
