It would be great if there was more space to enter an insurance group number. Some of the group numbers will not fit.
If we could add about 6 more spaces to allow for a longer group number that would be amazing. Right now we are having to leave off the ending numbers or dashes, zero's etc. Thank you

Make Provider # Bold or a different color
In Patient Info Center Ledger, make the Provider number BOLD or a different COLOR. Its placed directly next to the tooth number, so at a quick glance, can cause confusion or be read incorrectly.

Ability to run an aging report per services rendered by a certain provider
I need an aging report of services that were rendered by different providers. The patients doctor in the pt info slot may be different than the one that is doing certain treatment. The aging report won't go by services performed by a certain provider only the doctor assigned to the particular patient.

Referral Sources Module
We have two location in our practice and our referral reports are combined. We can not obtain the accurate count of how many referrals and new patients we are getting on a monthly basis for each location. Can the system separate the referral reports by location. This is very important for offices that have more than one location.

On the time clock, is there a way to have employees clock out for 15 minute breaks without it coming off their hours? Paid breaks.
Employees get paid 15 minute breaks, but we can't have them clock out because it reduces their hours. Could you put a button or something that could be clicked to pick paid break that does not affect hours?

Be able to reprint a day sheet and still see the actual month to date $ as of that particular date.
It would be very helpful when you have to reprint a day sheet that it would still give you the correct month to date production, collection and adjustment dollars as of that date you are reprinting. Wright now, when you enter the date to reprint a day sheet it gives you the month to date amounts as of the day you are printing the day sheet. So the month to date amounts are not correct for the date you are printing.

extended support hours
Need extended support hours. Currently support is open from 6 am to 5 pm MST. Our offices is often open from 6 am to 6 pm MST, sometimes longer.

doctors initials instead of numbers
On the appointment book, would like a preference to be able to see the doctors initials and/or numbers. Right now it currently only shows the doctors number.

Not Able to Access Scanned Documents
After the last update (17.1.0) we have been unable to access anything scanned into the document center. It would be great if this could be fixed ASAP. Very inconvenient when something works in one version and in the next upgrade it stops!

update & recalculate
Change the verbiage....
Currently when running the update and recalculate, there is an "OK" button and a "CLOSE" button. Most people end up clicking on the OK button more than once, as they go to close the window, since OK closes other windows.
Change OK to RUN
Change CLOSE to FINISH / COMPLETE - note, may not need to change this one once you change the other to RUN78801

On Appointment Feature
Currently in the fee schedule there is a feature that allows you to like a code to a service, for the purpose of scheduling from the treatment plan.
The problem with this, is that it does not link to the existing colors at all. Need the ability to do this, as colors are very important to determining at a quick glance what is going on for the day.

Change the verbiage - From "UCR Group" to something different.
UCR group is a misleading name, as UCR stands for usual and customary rate. Perhaps "Insurance allowable" instead.

Coordination of benefits when submitting insurance claims
We would like to be able to have a coordination of benefits option when submitting insurance claims electronically for patient's that have coverage through more than one insurance. Many Canadian insurance carriers support this type of transaction, but in Endovision, the "coordination of benefits" option listed under the insurance carrier's profile under "supported transactions" is greyed out. After speaking to support staff, we have been told it is not supported through Endovision at this time.

Indicator for Long Distance Phone Numbers
Add an option in the Patient Info Center in the "General" tab to indicate if a patient's phone number is long distance. Could be a check box or a text field where we could enter LD, indicating it is long distance.
