User change password (109159)
Would like the USERS to have the ability to change their passwords for Endovision. Currently only a higher level can do this, which in a large DSO is time consuming for the corporate staff. Would also like the ability to prompt it to be changed after ___ months.

credit debit posting
An issue that comes up with many offices when they first start using the software, or, as they bring new staff members on board to train....
They post an exam out. Fee $ 100.
The exam is covered, based on profile set up, at 100 %.
They have the patient pay in full due to frequency limitations.They do not use the age/time table in the insurance profiles because they are situational / specialty. The frequency was reached at another office.
Therefore, there is a patient credit of $ 100 and an insurance balance of $ 100. The account has…

Personal Information/Health History form that the office can print out for updating paperwork.
Dentrix and Easy Dental have a button that you can push which will print out patients information and health history/allergies etc. If Endovision had this option, our patients would only have to read and update, rather than start new paperwork every time an update is necessary.

show gender in EHR
Currently (version 18) in the EHR, at the upper left corner you can see the patient information.
This section lacks the gender or prefix. I would prefer the gender be listed here, in case we are looking at the case and making a call to the patient or referring doctor.

Remove arrows
In the EHR, once you choose a tx summary, there are directional arrows to the right hand side, allowing you to move items up or down the list.
Would like these removed, as people get confused thinking they are to move the cursor, not the line item.

spell check
Need spell check in the following areas of the EHR - chief complaint, history of present illness and comments.

prescription notes
Currently in the patient information center / notes / medical RX - there is a field once you enter an RX to put a note or comments (called in, faxed, etc.)
Would like this same field to translate to / from the EHR, just like the rest of the prescription does.

extra canal information
Currently when you double click on one of the canals, an additional window will open up for you to enter specifics about that canal. Great information (curvature, obstruction, etc.)
BUT...that information does not show anywhere but there. Would be good for that information to show in the comments attached to that canal so it is visible at a glance.

I really dislike the WHITE chart! It is really hard to read!!
It was a lot easier to read the chart the old way, before the update. I have been using Endovision for over 18 years. This white chart is the worse. Really BAD idea.

In the time clock, it would be great if you could show how many hours of vacation and sick time have been used in a given time frame .
When you run your payroll and at the end it shows regular and overtime hours, it would be helpful for it to show the amount of vacation and sick hours also used. Thanks

It would be great if there was more space to enter an insurance group number. Some of the group numbers will not fit.
If we could add about 6 more spaces to allow for a longer group number that would be amazing. Right now we are having to leave off the ending numbers or dashes, zero's etc. Thank you

Make Provider # Bold or a different color
In Patient Info Center Ledger, make the Provider number BOLD or a different COLOR. Its placed directly next to the tooth number, so at a quick glance, can cause confusion or be read incorrectly.

Ability to run an aging report per services rendered by a certain provider
I need an aging report of services that were rendered by different providers. The patients doctor in the pt info slot may be different than the one that is doing certain treatment. The aging report won't go by services performed by a certain provider only the doctor assigned to the particular patient.

Referral Sources Module
We have two location in our practice and our referral reports are combined. We can not obtain the accurate count of how many referrals and new patients we are getting on a monthly basis for each location. Can the system separate the referral reports by location. This is very important for offices that have more than one location.

On the time clock, is there a way to have employees clock out for 15 minute breaks without it coming off their hours? Paid breaks.
Employees get paid 15 minute breaks, but we can't have them clock out because it reduces their hours. Could you put a button or something that could be clicked to pick paid break that does not affect hours?

Be able to reprint a day sheet and still see the actual month to date $ as of that particular date.
It would be very helpful when you have to reprint a day sheet that it would still give you the correct month to date production, collection and adjustment dollars as of that date you are reprinting. Wright now, when you enter the date to reprint a day sheet it gives you the month to date amounts as of the day you are printing the day sheet. So the month to date amounts are not correct for the date you are printing.

extended support hours
Need extended support hours. Currently support is open from 6 am to 5 pm MST. Our offices is often open from 6 am to 6 pm MST, sometimes longer.

doctors initials instead of numbers
On the appointment book, would like a preference to be able to see the doctors initials and/or numbers. Right now it currently only shows the doctors number.
