ES - patient type linked to insurance profiles
Patient types should be able to be linked to insurance profiles so that it adds the patient type automatically when you add or change the insurance on a patient account

Accept multiple payment types during the walkout.
When patients check out we need to have multiple payment options so we don't have to put in one payment and then go back in and put in another patient payment.

canadian version - default payee to pay the subscriber
canadian version only - insurance profile or insurance tab - should have an option to default the "payee" to pay the subscriber, since most canadian clients have the customer pay in full at time of service

Fix dates on EHR under cases
The dates under treatment start date automatically populate as the the date of the first date anything is entered under treatment even if it is a consultation. This date can be changed but will change back as soon as you start to enter in the next date of treatment. This makes the EHR inaccurate and confusing when trying to discuss the case with other offices.

Staff Scheduler
The question that needs to be answered over and over is..."Who is working where, when and with which doctor? Organizing this in a group practice, especially in a multi-office practice, is an important service. On the smallest scale, each day the doctor is assigned a chair...there could be a staff member(s) assigned with him. This might appear on the column heading with the doctor's name, i.e. Elchner/Elaine/Dedham [font reduced to conserve space in the header].
Further enhancements would include the ability to visualize your staffing forward and backward in a database that displays a weekly/monthly/yearly calendar view to show holiday,…

Altering payment types
Multiple payment types should also be available when all posting payments, not just when choosing the quick pay or family pay option.
Cell # should come out on the tickler instead of the work #.
Sync rows option for the tooth # in TX portion of the EMR should still be optional. It takes more time now enter treatment line by line per tooth.
Credit card payments should be itemized. It's very hard to figure out where the mistakes are when balancing to credit card statements.

EV Software Committee – low priority – currently this information can be obtained from the “collections report” – daily reports > deposit slip > add a checkbox next to separate cc (when separate cc is checked) to “show detail” the detail then should list each cc payment individually like the checks.

Could you redesign the Medical HX tab to have a quick add option like the Medications tab?
The recent update for version 17 has us click add for each item which is much more time consuming that a quick add button would be where we could check each item.

Security Log Report Option
Please Add another option under the security report log as "Edited the Treating Provider"

Correct how patients moved to bad debt reflect in reports
We are trying to get rid of old debt and were told to use bad debt. The debt is now showing up as an adjustment in our monthly reports. OMS has a category under utilities/preferences that says - Default negative adjustments to zero and I am told by Henry Schein help desk this would prevent the adjustments to bad debt from going to the current adjustments. How can this be added to endovision?

Report, filters, save
have the ability to save the report filters that I set up. As of now we have to keep repeating the filters each time you run a report and if you have multiple reports as we do at end of each week and month, it is a wasteful time issue.

IF PATIENT IS THE SUBSCRIBER MIDDLE DOSENT PRINT ON CLAIM FORM IN THE SUBSCRIBER AREA EVEN THROUGH IT IS IN THEIR PROFILE??
1 voteThese kinds of requests are tricky, we need to have a copy of rejection notices from the insurance company for us to consider changes like this.
I would highly recommend you contact our support team and provide rejection notice documentation so that this can be documented appropriately.

Treatment summary - text color
Within the E HR, the treatment summary window, there are templates with field values.
We are able to change the color for the heading (background and foreground) but we are unable to change the default colors for the actual field values (red and blue).
This presents a problem for the providers / assistants that have color blindness issues.

Delete in a mass amount of sent or received messages
The sent items and deleted items folders are nice, but it would be helpful to delete multiple messages at once. Our messages since the 16.0 upgrade are going all the way back to 2006 leaving thousands and thousands of messages in these "mailboxes".

EHR note time longer
I would like to have the time with the EHR notes to be extended to about 2 or 3 days. This way the Dr. has more time to go in and make the notes and if there are any changes that need to be made they can be but not within the 12am time frame.

Add a Print option to the Claim Status Notes.
Add a Print option to the claim status Notes. We won't utilized the claim status notes unless there is a Print Option. We'll continue to use contact notes for our claim status notes until there is a change on this.

EMR Reports

Sometimes we need to print only one page of the patients history or dental records. As it is now we have to go through several steps. Realizing EHR can produce all dental records in a quick and easy method is great but it does not include general information that the patient gives to us when they first come in.2 votes
