ES - patient type linked to insurance profiles
Patient types should be able to be linked to insurance profiles so that it adds the patient type automatically when you add or change the insurance on a patient account

Updating again. Added to other software versions. Need to add to EndoVision as well.

Updating this. It was brought up again at the expert series and again at the customer I am at now as well.
