  1. EHR, Objective, Pain and Swelling - add current duration, current frequency, if it affects sleep, and associated factors to PAIN

    In the EHR, Objective, Pain and Swelling section add the following fields:
    - Duration of pain e.g. seconds, minutes, hours
    - Frequency of pain if intermittent e.g. every 5 days
    - Does pain affect sleep
    - Associated factors to the PAIN e.g. sinus infection, clenching and grinding habits, history of TMJ pain, history of trauma to the area
