Appointment Alerts - enhance positiion
Love the new appointment book feature that shows that you have received the xrays and referral - however, if you don't have your schedule expanded, it is blocking part of the service line. It also covers the service line if your print in portrait mode.
Would love to attach screen shots but it won't let me:)

X gender
When adding a patient to pre-registration, it only allows for the option of Male or Female.
In Oregon, patients are able to choose the X gender and insurance accepts that.
Need to have that option in the software in pre-registration, not just in the PIC.

eClaims transmission reports
With DSOs - when we send claims, we will periodically get back detailed payer reports that do NOT limit it by location but include stuff for all locations.
The problem with this of course, is that the offices are restricted as to the locations they can access. Therefore patients are showing up on this report that they do not have access to.
Creates a problem with AR

Visual upcoming appointment aid
If you have a patient coming in with multiple appointments, you have to open other windows to find this: Appointment tab / future, Appointment book / Search. There are multiple clicks to see the information or to know there might be additional appointments.
Would like a feature similar to the numerical value on the insurance tab.

Narrative categories
With multiple locations - we have multiple categories in the EHR Narratives. Essentially we have a category for each office.
Currently we have 8 categories with 23 more offices to add in this year.
Would like the ability to collapse the categories so an office only sees their narrative options.

Incorporate WIA drivers for scanning documents.
Please, please, please get Endovision capable of using WIA drivers for scanning documents. It is getting more and more difficult to find document scanners still using TWAIN.

When entering information on a tooth in EHR, would like to be able to set a default file size for canals (currently is null).

Post dating an entry on ledger not reflect daysheet year to date prod & Coll.
When I have to make a change in a ledger by post dating and entry, the corrected day sheet I make those changes on reflect the future days production and collection amounts on the Month and Year To Dates amounts. I can't actually balance what is true for that corrected date of month and year as of that date I made corrections. It would be nice if it just showed me the exact amounts for that date. If we had an option for that it would make life easier when I go on vacation and come back and have to…

Find Block & edit them easier
Office has a lot of reoccurring blocks on the schedule.
They are filtered by category (location) to make it easier.
When a change has to be made to a block, it is difficult to find the block in order to edit it (extend, change, add to it).
Current issue:
Go the appointment book
Find the name of the reoccurring block
Go to tools / blocks
Find the block
Make changes (replace/add/delete)Solution requested:
Ability to right click on a block
Indicate if it is reoccurring or individual
If reoccurring, open to that block in the block table

Add history to Age Time Limits Feature
The Age Time Limits feature is great but only really able to be utilized the way it is designed by Perio, General and Pedo.
In order for this panel to be effective for Endo and Oral Surgery, it needs to have a column that the history could be entered.
Example: code D0140, frequency of 2 / year, age 0 through 125
.
There is no history from the software since they are seen situationally.There also could be no history due to a conversion.

Would like the ability to filter the card file by location.
(Just like patient look up or insurance profiles)

Would like the USERS to have the ability to change their passwords for Endovision. Currently only a higher level can do this, which in a large DSO is time consuming for the corporate staff. Would also like the ability to prompt it to be changed after ___ months.

An issue that comes up with many offices when they first start using the software, or, as they bring new staff members on board to train....
They post an exam out. Fee $ 100.
The exam is covered, based on profile set up, at 100 %.
They have the patient pay in full due to frequency limitations.They do not use the age/time table in the insurance profiles because they are situational / specialty. The frequency was reached at another office.
