Make a separate line for the alerts on the schedule
Currently the procedure, provider, progress note lock & alerts are all on one line. The alert icons cover up the provider and procedure. Would like a separate line for the alerts.

Treatment summary - text color
Within the E HR, the treatment summary window, there are templates with field values.
We are able to change the color for the heading (background and foreground) but we are unable to change the default colors for the actual field values (red and blue).
This presents a problem for the providers / assistants that have color blindness issues.

EHR note time longer
I would like to have the time with the EHR notes to be extended to about 2 or 3 days. This way the Dr. has more time to go in and make the notes and if there are any changes that need to be made they can be but not within the 12am time frame.

Delete in a mass amount of sent or received messages
The sent items and deleted items folders are nice, but it would be helpful to delete multiple messages at once. Our messages since the 16.0 upgrade are going all the way back to 2006 leaving thousands and thousands of messages in these "mailboxes".

For images imported into the EHR, make the date "created" modifiable.
For images imported into the EHR, please make the date "created" modifiable.
Currently, images imported into the EHR default to a "created" date based on the date the image is imported into the EHR. However, if a radiograph is exposed on date that is different than when the image is imported, then the date is incorrect. Therefore, we should be able to modify/edit that date to correctly represent when the radiograph was actually obtained.

A way for the provider to print an end of of day prescription report.
All prescriptions that are prescribed in a single day by the doctor should be able to be printed out in a report at the end of the day.

Pre-Registration Document Center Folder
Allow us to add folders into the Document Center when patients are ONLY Pre-Registered. There's only a select few in there and we cannot add/change them to what we want exactly.

call list/ removing it automaticallyfrom call list on their appointment date.
After patient is placed in the call list but was not able to get in earlier, once they come for their appointment it should automatically be removed from the call list.

When placing a patient on call list an ICON should show up on the schedule next to the appointment such as any other alert. So we don't have to go to the list, search for the patient folder.

Add a Print option to the Claim Status Notes.
Add a Print option to the claim status Notes. We won't utilized the claim status notes unless there is a Print Option. We'll continue to use contact notes for our claim status notes until there is a change on this.

Allow for Insurance Companies and/or Individual Group Plans to be "Suspended" once the plan no longer exists.
Allowing this feature will allow our lists of Insurances with individual group numbers not to be so lengthy if we can remove off that list any plan that no longer exists. I wouldn't say delete them since they're attached to previous patient we used that plan for but rather let us suspend those individual plans. Just how we can "Inactivate" a referring dentist, we should allow that for Insurance companies and/or Individual plans with that Insurance Company.

Set up RealTime Eclaim filing with Delta Dental of WI
This would be a deciding factor for us to switch over from APEX EDI Dental Eclaim filing to EndoVision. We only went with APEX EDI based on Endovisions recommendation since we file to BOTH Medical and Dental and you only allow for Dental. If we could do RealTime claims however through EndoVIsion for our main insurance company, Delta Dental of WI, we may end up using EndoVision for Dental EClaim filing. It would be nice though if you offered for both Medical AND Dental Eclaim filing.

Remove the number from the "Images-Caption" EHR Case Field
Please remove the number and dash symbol (e.g. "1 - ") from in front of the "Images-Caption" EHR Case Field in the EHR Narratives.
Currently, the Image-Caption case field produces an unnecessary number and dash symbol (e.g. "1 - " in front of the caption that is not needed and creates extra work to remove. So I have to manually remove the number and dash on every image caption.

referrer request popups: We would like the option to have new popup in Rapid Post Forms
Referrer request popups: Under the Advanced Profile tab- We would like the option to have the popup in the "Rapid Post forms"--so that a referrer preference would popup prior to entering tx into the Rapid Post Forms---prior to being sent.
Currently the options only include popups in the following areas:
*Patient Information Center
*Billing
*Payment
*Create, Edit, Confirm appointments
*Treatment Plans
*Create EHR Case
*Pre-Registration patient

Call list: When we place a patient on the call list it would be very helpful if the DATE of the appointment would show with the service and when the patient comes and we post the visit it would AUTOMATIC be removed from the call list.
