Agreed....ability to merge them would be helpful. Currently we link the accounts (through the guarantor) and then inactivate the duplicate account.

It would be very helpful to merge duplicate patients. When they have been seen previously as Bill and then 2 years later they call and schedule under William, it is a major hassle.

has this issue been resolved? I have a duplicate account that I cant delete and need to merge.
