Production report missing EFTs
When printing the Production report / Financial report, it will break down the collections by Cash / Check / Credit. Anythings posted to EFT is not showing on this report, thus creating a difference that is "unexplained" on the report.
Would be nice to add another field that would include any EFTs posted in the date range.

Treatment plan auto cycle completed work
More and more offices are leaving completed items on their treatment plans. There are various reasons for this (ability to track completed treatment, ability to check what was plan versus what was posted easily).
As a result, when new treatment is added to a treatment plan, it is getting mixed up with the completed items.
Would like to see completed items auto cycled (moved) to either plan 9 or phase 9 when the "completed" action happens

When terminating an insurance, give us a prompt to transfer the insurance portion to the patient.
Currently when we terminate insurance, we have to then manually transfer the balance to the patient, this can sometimes lead to issues if our staff doesn't remember to do it, it causes our reports to be inaccurate.

Add Note Section
Should add a note section on the day in the appointment book for things needing to be done that day - just like in Dentrix
4 votesYou can approximate a feature like this by adding an extra column to your appointment book and using it just for notes (entering note blocks)
That being said, we understand that the workaround listed isn’t exactly a user-friendly solution, so we will keep this in consideration.

Add Block/Meeting
Have something where you can put a note on the schedule or a block without having to make a fake profile.

Family Account For All Family Members
You already do this in Dentrix, so I do not understand why you would not make this a feature in all of your software, that ALL FAMILY MEMBERS can be link to each other without having the same guarantor. Any patient's over the age of 18 are legally their own guarantor but they should still be linked to a family account with their parents.

Appointment Reminder Labels
Any way to put a check mark box on the appointment scheduling card to automatically print reminder label? That way, when your scheduling a patient and want to print a reminder card, you can do so just by clicking that box. Instead of having to click on the appointment then print label.

Allow for different separation/more separation on the estimator tool
We have found that some insurance companies offer coverage for simple extraction only and have no coverage for any other oral surgery services--so if you put 100% coverage in the "Oral Surgery" tool in estimator it calculates all oral surgery services covered at 100%...there should be a better way to allow for it to be broken down. Also, perhaps Anesthesia should be listed as a separate service....it's only listed under Misc/Other in the estimator

Allow more characters to describe the Service in Fees
We need to be able to type more characters in the Description box when adding a new service to the Fees button. Many laceration repair procedures are very specific to area/size and we can't adequately describe them.

multiple DEA numbers
We are required in the state of TN to have multiple DEA numbers if we are dispensing drugs in office. So we had to add a provider multiple times in the system to accommodate this.
Would be nice to have a preference that could be turned on, that would allow you to link multiple DEA numbers by state within the provider window.

Re-building Virtual Scan Forms with new ICD-10 codes
Currently when re-building your Virtual Scan forms, to replace the diagnosis codes, you have to add the new ICD-10 codes individually. As there are now sometimes 4-5 new codes for the one ICD-9 code, this is going to take days. There has to be an easier solution to this!!

Filter appointment book by office hours
We would like to be able to hide hours that we are not in the office...for example we are not open from 6 am to7 am and close at 5 pm..... we would like to hide these out of office times on the appointment book / configuration.

EHR narratives in jpg format.
Eclaims must have all attachments in jpg format. EHR narratives do not have the option to change to jpg format. Since jpg is what is required, OMS should allow the option.

Fix the email interface so OMSVisison does not need contacts already created witihin Outlook
Why not write a clean MAPI interface so that when emailing out of OMS we do not need to have all the contacts already entered in Outlook. We email from ten different workstations and cannot possibly keep all out Outlook .pst files in sync with the email contacts in OMS.
If you like, please make email from OMSVision work at least as well as does Dentrix MAPI email.

OFRS - Rx comments or note section
Abilty to add a comment or note into the Medical RX section to indicate if the RX was sent electronically, printed or called into the pharmacy.
