When we are typing the "optional" note to patient in the treatment plan screen, the treatment screen becomes blank
With the latest update, when the box pops up in the treatment plan for the note to patient, it doesn't show the treatment behind it. This just began happening with this update. When typing the patient note, you need the treatment details to be visible for reference, as opposed to the blank white screen that is currently there. Can we revert back to the old way?
1 voteThis doesn’t seem like an intentional change, I would recommend reaching out to our support teams, that way if it’s an issue it can be properly documented.

Disable the automatic tooth number/area on the subject line
I would like the option to disable the "tooth number/area" that is automatically tagged on to the subject line of a narrative. It may work for some offices, but I would like to be able to turn that feature off.

NPI on receipts
I would like the option to include the provider's NPI number on receipts .

Archiving
My server needs more space to accommodate all of the patient photos. There should be a way to archive patients to an external drive, such as patients over two years old, etc

When adding an item in the EMR - TX window- it is often necessary to reposition it. When we add an item and reposition it without saving, exiting, and reopening the tx portion - the TX window crashes.When deselecting the "apply to all items" box in the EMR TX - if I do not follow the numerical order - the Tx item moves to the top…

EHR pulling CPT and CDT codes
If we are filling out a virtual scan form with the procedure codes, there should be an option to merge over the procedure codes into the EHR narratives. A treatment plan can be added in a table to a letter, then why can those same procedure codes not be added into the EHR narrative. This should be an option, along with the option to choose just the code or to add the description as well.

RVU
In the Master Fee schedule table, there is an option to add RVU (relative value units). The higher the RVU, the higher the allowed amount and reimbursement for a doctor. OMS vision should have the ability to organize treatment plans by RVU's. This would maximize the reimbursement that doctors would received.
