Have a time indicator
There could be a change in colour or a line across the screen on the schedule so we can see where we are at with a quick glance.

When sending e-claims if there is anything wrong, it completely shuts down my OMS program.
The reason is often because of "Subscriber relationship is off" When I look it is often not, and this is causing major issues when trying to send the e-claims out.
1 voteI recommend you speak with our support team to see if they can solve this issue, and if they cannot – they can ensure that it is properly documented and reported.

Subscriber relationship
When the relationship to subscriber is noted as "self" but the subscriber first name is NOT the same as the patient name, please post a notification. This will prevent claim rejection from user error.

We have a Patient Care department that make appointments all day long and this way we can track how many appointments each person made.

structured visit notes - spell check
Would like to have the ability to spell check when adding a new structured notes. We use the free hand text fields a fair amount.

Show treatment needed in Clinical Vision when treatment planning.
While in CV: the treatment plan section, when the clinician is choosing/entering the procedure needed - it will be helpful to acutally SEE the procedures placed for teeth restorative care in the bottom left area - just list it! As it stands right now, there is no way to see what you (the Clinician) has just chosen/treatment planned. Therefore, sometimes a procedure was already indicated for a particular tooth but the clinician couldn't tell, so he/she chooses it and NOW it ends up being a duplicate procedure. 21 votesSheryl.Garrett respondedthere is an option in CV (tools / settings/ miscellaneous tab) for ‘Chart history below chart’. your resolution has to be higher (larger monitors) to accommodate the move. this will show the history as you chart it instead of on a different screen. Let us know if that works for you.

Interactive Cancellation List
It is great that you can pull up "Appointments Cancelled for Today" & "Appointments Cancelled Today' but the list is stagnant. It would be great for the list to be interactive so that once you find the cancellation you want you could choose to go their PiC or specifically view Cancelled Appt so that you can see cancellation notes.

add patient phone numbers
Please add three patient phone numbers on all screens including REGISTRATION screen: home, work, cell. Please display all three numbers on the PIC not as a dropdown.

Including the patients mailing address, phone numbers and insurance info. Also including the therapists fax number and e-mail address on the printed referral.

Adding a tab for our patients pharmacy.
Adding a pharmacy tab would be a great idea. This would have the pharmacy Name, Address and phone number so when a pt needs a refill on a premed or etc.. this will eliminate the clinic from having to look up the #, refer to a booklet or even having to ask the patient and then having them say, I don't know it. Face it most of us don't know our pharmacy #. This will help eliminate time spend on locating pharmacy numbers.

DC - Eliminate "SVN" from being in the title
Currently, you have to manually delete "SVN" from the title in each SVN. It would be great to have the option of removing this from the template altogether.

DC - When managing SVN templates and adding more options to "Multi-select", have the option to select where to place new item.
sometimes options need to be added that have to be at the top of the list, but automatically gets put at the bottom.

Missing Info
There should be an indicator if a patient has missing, incorrect, inaccurate or misspelled information. That way, claims and other related issues will be solved ahead of time and not wait till the claim is resubmitted.
