Access other windows with Clinical Vision opened.
Create the ability to go back and forth from Patient Info screen to Clinical Vision without having to close Clinical Vision. Right now, if you have Clinical Vision open and you try to click back on the DVE main window, Clinical Vision closes without saving your work. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it didn't take approx 45 seconds to open Clinical Vision every time we open it. Such an annoyance.23 votes
We’ve made a lot of changes since this idea was suggested, please let us know if you still experience these issues.
Interactive Cancellation List
It is great that you can pull up "Appointments Cancelled for Today" & "Appointments Cancelled Today' but the list is stagnant. It would be great for the list to be interactive so that once you find the cancellation you want you could choose to go their PiC or specifically view Cancelled Appt so that you can see cancellation notes.17 votes
We never heard back from you regarding this.
with our legacy software, entering a treatment category would give a code suggestion, e.g. typing in ENDO, led to endo codes showing up. we have lost this and now have to memorize all the codes.8 votes
Can you give us more information? Where would this suggestion happen? To what version does “Legacy” refer?

WOULD LIKE AN AREA FOR MESSAGE OR REMINDER FOR THAT PERSON TO SHOW UP ON ROUTE SLIP THAT WOULD SHOW UP EVERY TIME WITHOUT HAVING TO RE-ENTER MESSAGE. ALSON HAVING SUSCRIBER DOB IN INSURANCE AREA WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL.3 votes

Regarding billing cycles
Why does the billing cycle go back to cycle 0 once a payment has been applied? They could be in billing cycle 3, make a $1.00 payment and it goes back to 0. Hard to manage accounts when some depend on the correct cycle to reflect on the account.1 vote0 comments · General · Admin →
The billing cycle is not meant to be used to reflect the aging of accounts, it’s used to track the last payment made. In order to see the aging of your accounts, we highly recommend running the aging reports.
