In the latest version 15.2, you can actually print the cancellation lists WITHOUT including the rescheduled appointments.

Notepad currently does not have the information merged on cancellations and rescheduled appointments. But it can pull a list of patients registered between a certain set of dates with no upcoming appointments or recalls. Would this work for you?
