Change Font and colors within the note templates to be more user friendly for clinicians to find the sections they would like to edit?

CK - email & phone copy to family members option
Right now if you change the address, the system will ask if you want to copy to the other family members.
Would like a similar option for the email address and the phone numbers. Perhaps to work like the copy button does on the insurance profile instead though? Where you can designate where it goes (home/work/cell/etc.).

be able to print a batch of patient registration update forms from the notepad query ; we would then be able to have the patient update the form while the reception area prior to their appt.; we would like to print the batch a day or so before the appts. so the forms are ready

The payment plans should automatically update in Dental Vision for orthodontic payment plans
When running reoccurring payments in Dental Vision for orthodontics, I have been informed that I will need to manually update the payment plan numbers/balances. We recently updated our credit card swipers from TSYS.Prior to this transition, Dental Vision was able to update payment plans,

Allow for other Merchant Services providers through OMSVision
With other direct integrations to OMSVision, end users will be able to choose who they want to go with, or at least have: 1) a usable option 2) competition for practices' business and 3) a good option, allowing payments to post to patient accounts, rather than take up valuable time in having to manually post payment to the accounts.

change color of completed treatment from green to yellow after 5 years for crowns and 2 years for fillings which are insurance norms.
Insurance companies generally will pay for a new crown after five years and a new filling after 2 years. In CV once you have completed treatment it stays light green forever so if a crown needs to be replaced and is 10 years old you would have to get up and look at the ledger, or view the treatment history to know how old the crown is to determine if the insurance company will pay for it. When I am doing and exam it would be great to be able to look at the monitor with CV up and see…

DC - Have Call-List notes transfer to Patient's Notes
when calling/leaving a message and marking it in the call list, it would help to have those transfer into the PIC under the notes section

add "quick statement" option to payment screen.
When receiving payment from insurance and the patient has a balance it would be helpful to have an area to click on to have a quick statement pop up like there is for a receipt.

Access other windows with Clinical Vision opened.
Create the ability to go back and forth from Patient Info screen to Clinical Vision without having to close Clinical Vision. Right now, if you have Clinical Vision open and you try to click back on the DVE main window, Clinical Vision closes without saving your work. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it didn't take approx 45 seconds to open Clinical Vision every time we open it. Such an annoyance.

Elected Pharmacy needs to be visible on Homepage
A lot of times patients asks us what pharmacy we called in their meds and we need to go into Allscripts to look it up. It would be nice if the pharmacy is listed on the Homepage

No "Last Appt:" date on guarantor.
We do not want a "last appt:" date to be automatically placed on the guarantor of the account. We are mostly a pediatric practice and we use a confirming company, so they are pulling these guarantor's as past due patients when in effect they don't even come to our practice.
It looks like it is placing the same date patient was registered as last appt: date. This should pull when a patient actually has an appointment. ??8 votesThanks for the feedback.

denial reasons on statements
Would be nice if the denial reason (entered when posting the insurance payment and using the denial check box/reason)...would show on the patient's statement. It would save calls to the office perhaps.
