Statements currently have V, MC, AM, D.....would like the ability to add additional payment types. Example, CareCredit.

ability to change category headings on type and frequency report
V2013 has a new report "Type & Frequency"...this report is really designed for OMS but would like the ability to change a couple of categories to be more geared towards GP instead of specialty.

Add add'l security to Adjustment types
add additional security to adjustment types so that offices have an ability to limit the type of adjustment that certain users can be able to post.
For example - Be able to set up a security level so that all users below a certain level cannot be able to use adjustment type 'bad debt write off'12 votesThank you for the suggestion.

Code suggestion
with our legacy software, entering a treatment category would give a code suggestion, e.g. typing in ENDO, led to endo codes showing up. we have lost this and now have to memorize all the codes.

call list option to filter by entered date
I would like the option to sort the patients on the call list based on the date they were added to the call list. Similar to the 'entered' date in pre-reg.

Tagging an appointment on the call list should bring forward the linked treatment plan.

PC - pulpotomy drawing
create a seperate drawing in clinical vision for a pulpotomy - this should look like a core into the tooth or down a 1/3 of the root if possible - note we are a GPE client but this would be useful in DVEE as well

Linked TX Plan
When updating and recaculating a TX Plan the system does not automatically update the treatment that is linked to an appointment.

add pic of insurance card to insurance tab
While we realize the document center exists for scanned images, it would be very helpful to have the image of the patient's insurance card right on the insurance tab with other detail insurance info. Either the image itself if the screen space allows for it or a click-able link to an image of the insurance card.

PC - distal shoe drawing
need a drawing for a distal shoe - a distal shoe looks very similar to a space maintainer but rather than a "U" shaped wire, it is an "L" shaped wire

PC - Tooth size discrepancy on clinical chart
tooth numbers L & S appear bigger than tooth numbers K & T - should not be this way (compare to upper teeth for reference)

Edit Appointment Box
Scheduled Appt box is layer over the Lincked TX Plan box making the linked TX difficult to view unless the user maximizes the Edit appt box.

In-Office Status
For this to be of use to our company, there needs to be a daily report that captures all the appointment status times. It is impossible to look at each patient.
