HD - tabulated report needs option to sort by location, transaction location and provider
Would like to have the same options here as they do on the referral reports, to sort the report by location, transaction location and provider...ideal for multiple office practices - will save them having to pull up multiple reports to get the same data

HD - eligibility date show on printed routers
We use the eligibility field for checking when the insurance was verified last. Would like this to show on the routers when choosing the option to show insurance on the routers.

DC - Income Allocation Reports - When we pull a report for one provider and select all locations the report should be summarize by location
We have multiple providers and mulit different locations. The report allows us to pull this providers numbers for all locations but lump sums it into one total. To make this report useful it MUST be summarized by location.

DC - TIME CLOCK: Set different OT parameters for each employee for each DAY
To accommodate condensed working schedules and still have accurate overtime reports, we need the overtime settings to be modifiable for each day. (Example: Calculate OT after 9 hours on Monday to Thursday and OT after 8 hours on Friday)

Deposit Slip
Ability to to have patient last name show on the deposit slip, in order to help balance quicker at the end of the night. (currently can type a last name in the personal check but no other payment type)
Also, to be able to seperate out the credit cards by individual transaction rather than a lump sum. (for offices that have staff "forget" to post a transaction in DV after running it through their terminal or who put it in as a check instead of cc)

SVN - structured visit notes - format easier to view
Currently when you add a new structured visit note, if it is multiple choice or single choice, you have a pencil or arrow on the far right hand side. Staff are constantly trying to look back and forth between the topic and the drop down selection to make sure they are clicking on the correct line.
Having these pencils/arrows appear on the left beside the name would make it much easier to complete these items quicker.

Add an indicator on appointment book that shows when a patient is/will be late for their appointment.
I would like to have the option of showing that the patient will be late for their appointment on the schedule.

Canada - Minimize itrans window when transmitting claims.
Canada only - would like the ability to minimize the itrans window when transmitting claims. Since BCBS is sent via modem, can take longer to send and youre unable to do anything else in the mean time. You can do this in other softwares in canada currently.

treatment tab indicator
Version 13 has a number indicator on the insurance tab....would like this same feature on the treatment plan tab to indicate how many treatment plans are currently there (phases, not just appointments). Good tool for the front desk when patients are leaving, at a quick glance.

age and time limits
Currently when adding a time and age CLASS LIMITATION, you have the ability to link up to 5 codes.
Canada version needs the ability to link up to 7 codes.

payment poster report
Ability to print a report on all the payments posted that day, broken down by user, then additionally, by location within that user. This would be a way for the supervisor to check production and verify numbers on their staff.

secondary always
Currently have the ability to set a profile to "always primary". Would like the same ability to always set a profile to secondary.
Example - Medicaid in Ohio is always secodary

preferences default tab in PIC
Currently in preferences you can choose different tabs in the notes to default to. The default in the program is set to Markers but other tabs are options.
Need to add Claim Status to this field as an option.
Would like this preference to be workstation specific and not global.

scheduled reports
Scheduled reports...insurance report # 2 - this report defaults in the scheduled reports to just one month. Would like the beginning date on this to default to 01/01/1900.
