Missing Info
There should be an indicator if a patient has missing, incorrect, inaccurate or misspelled information. That way, claims and other related issues will be solved ahead of time and not wait till the claim is resubmitted.

So depending on what clearing house you are using, the claims are scrubbed prior to being sent and a report is given to the office. This is true for HSPS eServices as well (the validation report shows what is missing in order to fix prior to sending the initial claim).
You can also set field properties to highlight fields in yellow for the staff to pay attention to.
