Thanks for the suggestion.
An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedReport - procedures types and frequency
This report is very much geared towards hospital reporting for larger cases.
Would like the ability to customize the headings and the verbiage that prints out on the report.
Offices are doing "work around" right now on this report, using a box for something other than what it is labeled as and just having a cheat sheet to know what it actually is.
There are really only 4 to 6 boxes that apply here to a "normal" oral surgery practice.

Thanks for the request.
An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedAgreed but could be done on the same report with a preference / check box to separate the figures.
Currently the production and collection are in a combined column total.
Want the ability to have them as separate totals.

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedIf you are using HS One eServices, you can use the "Capture from desktop" feature for attachment of the perio chart. You have to "preview" the perio charting from CV, then go to the eServices window do to this. That way you do not have to print / scan.

When doing that, the original notes from the comments are gone, unless you copied and pasted them into the cancellation box.
While I don't see a problem with adding the notes the contact notes tab, it should also still be tied to that original appoiuntment for rescheduling purposes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Janette Whittington (Certified Trainer) commentedAssuming here that the office would like to customize the font on the "special note" that can be added to statements.
You are able to do this. Go to the EHR Narratives. Go the EHR merge fields, find a table, right click on it. You will get the "EDIT OPTION" pop up. That will take you to the tables.
Edit will allow you to edit the headers and layout of the table.
Columns allows you to show/hide columns and change the header name, width, etc.
