Attach perio charting to insurance claim
You should be able to attach perio charting directly to insurance claim without having to print out the charting, scan it into document center and then copy and paste it to a claim. Very wasteful and cumbersome!

If you are using HS One eServices, you can use the "Capture from desktop" feature for attachment of the perio chart. You have to "preview" the perio charting from CV, then go to the eServices window do to this. That way you do not have to print / scan.

If you electronically send claim there should be an attachment screen shot tool. You should b able to open the print preview of the perio charting and take a capture to attach.
