Re-Design the Receipt
Our patient's get so confused by the reciept. Where Total would normally be, is where the Estimated Insurance Benefits remaining is. It would look better if the total balance on the account is at the bottom. The Estimated Insurance Max remaining should be towards the top. The charges, payments, and adjustments are fine in the middle.

I would like to see spell check in all notes and narritive fields where you can free type.

size of anesthesia record in EMR
Please make the grid size of where the vitals and anesthesia record are entered as large as possible

Why does the appointment show posted after you take the patient's payment? Most Oral Surgery offices collect BEFORE the surgery or Consult. It should only show posted AFTER the charges have been posted. DENTRIX does a good job of this.

HIPPA: user access report
HIPPA requires that we document when patient data is read as well as change logging. Please add compliance reporting to capture all data reads within the application. Thanks!

Jpegs in narrative (e-mail/fax letters with logo)
There is not enough memory within narratives to add company logo/ letterhead. This is necessary when e-mailing other offices.

Would be super awesome if my routed forms would roll over to the next day etc & not disappear so I have to search for them & change DOS etc
The routed claims in the virtual scan forms console should remain there until posted

NPI Field for Co-Therapists
Please add a field that permits entry of the NPI for co-therapists. A patient may be referred by a general dentist, but a medical claim may require the patient's PCP and that PCP's NPI. Having an NPI field for co-therapists that could be attached to claims would be helpful. We currently hand-write or have to manually enter in electronic medical claims.

Group Practices
Re: entering referrers when they are group practice members
Would like the similar options for group practices as for individual referrers. In our area, more and more physicians and dentists are joining groups. Patients sometimes do not know the name of the referrer they see. These patients may be new to the practice, don’t care, or see a different dentist in the group most times. We do set up the groups but the data is not usable from a practical standpoint. We work around it manually but it would be a time saver and assist us in our practice marketing.…1 voteIn what ways is the data unusable from a practical standpoint? Treatment plan to Virtual Scan Form
We want to be able to export the treatment plan into a virtual scan form w/out having to do an encounter form.

In Office Stats
In Office STats should be printable. We also should be able to review a previous date of service.

HIPAA concern with windows still showing or coming up after logging out of software
There are a couple of pop-up windows with patient information that still come up or pop-up on their own after having logged off of the software, or if they already open (which many times isn't obvious as they may be hidden in the background) they do not close automatically when you log off of the software.
