Re: entering referrers when they are group practice members
Would like the similar options for group practices as for individual referrers. In our area, more and more physicians and dentists are joining groups. Patients sometimes do not know the name of the referrer they see. These patients may be new to the practice, don’t care, or see a different dentist in the group most times. We do set up the groups but the data is not usable from a practical standpoint. We work around it manually but it would be a time saver and assist us in our practice marketing. ( Salutation could then just read “Dear Doctors” vs a specific name.
