Opt out of AutoFit
We do not want Auto-Fit! Just updated to 17.1CU4HF3 and the only option for printing schedules is auto-fit. This is horrible, I need the ability to choose auto-fit or not, since the system does not allow note on pre-registered patients it is imperative that we print with the margins we choose. Please return the option to choose or de-select the autofit option.
1 voteThis is not intentional behavior, I will report this to the appropriate departments.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

Bleeding and Supperation AFTER pocket number is input
It would be much easier to chart bleeding if I could type a B (or hit the bleeding button) immediately after the pocket depth. Because the auto advance also advances the bleeding, I have to back arrow to indicate bleeding and then forward arrow back to the tooth that is next.

Regarding billing cycles
Why does the billing cycle go back to cycle 0 once a payment has been applied? They could be in billing cycle 3, make a $1.00 payment and it goes back to 0. Hard to manage accounts when some depend on the correct cycle to reflect on the account.
1 voteThe billing cycle is not meant to be used to reflect the aging of accounts, it’s used to track the last payment made. In order to see the aging of your accounts, we highly recommend running the aging reports.
If you need assistance with the aging report, our support team is happy to assist.

Would like the ability to choose a date range for contact notes that print on aging reports
It would be helpful if I had the ability to choose a date range to print the contact notes on the aging report. Some date back years and years and it wastes paper.

Referrers
When you click on editing a referrer, it takes you to the dentist but takes an extra long time to get to the edit box; it seems like it used to not do that. Is there anyway to speed that up? Thanks!

Unlimited text in Pre-reg and more importantly in Electronic Health record.
When you register a patient with a lot of notes in pre-reg. it cuts the notes short. In Electronic Health record it lets you type but when printing the notes it cuts the notes off

Allow for other Merchant Services providers through OMSVision
With other direct integrations to OMSVision, end users will be able to choose who they want to go with, or at least have: 1) a usable option 2) competition for practices' business and 3) a good option, allowing payments to post to patient accounts, rather than take up valuable time in having to manually post payment to the accounts.

The payment plans should automatically update in Dental Vision for orthodontic payment plans
When running reoccurring payments in Dental Vision for orthodontics, I have been informed that I will need to manually update the payment plan numbers/balances. We recently updated our credit card swipers from TSYS.Prior to this transition, Dental Vision was able to update payment plans,
1 voteOur development team is going to look into this.

When sending e-claims if there is anything wrong, it completely shuts down my OMS program.
The reason is often because of "Subscriber relationship is off" When I look it is often not, and this is causing major issues when trying to send the e-claims out.
1 voteI recommend you speak with our support team to see if they can solve this issue, and if they cannot – they can ensure that it is properly documented and reported.

LTR MGR: automatically generate a marker from the Letter’s Manager screen
Great Expressions: GE-25 - Ability to automatically generate a marker from the Letter’s Manager screen for a group of patients that are receiving that letter. The marker would then appear for each individual patient in the Marker’s section of the Note’s tab.

ClinicalVision: Allow posting separate billable restorations to single tooth
Midamerica: Allow separate surface posting to same tooth as separate restorations:We have tooth ten and eleven that have two separate fillings each. However, when trying to chart it, it combines it into only one two surface repair instead of two. On tooth ten, we tried to chart a MF and a separate DL filling, but it combined it as one charge. Same with tooth 11 with an F and a DL.
Tried posting 11F - going out and posting and then coming back in and posting 11DL, but combines it as a single restoration0 votes -
