Midamerica: Allow separate surface posting to same tooth as separate restorations:We have tooth ten and eleven that have two separate fillings each. However, when trying to chart it, it combines it into only one two surface repair instead of two. On tooth ten, we tried to chart a MF and a separate DL filling, but it combined it as one charge. Same with tooth 11 with an F and a DL.
Tried posting 11F - going out and posting and then coming back in and posting 11DL, but combines it as a single restoration
