There is an option to exclude an adjustment from allocations, but this unfortunately does not prevent the write-off from reducing the production charges. When an account is sent to a collection service, and we receive payment, but have to write-off the collection agency's fee, it is not correct for our production to be reduced by that collection agency's fee. When we write off bad debt, it appears that we have a 100% collection rating. Thank you for considering this important request.

We currently enter a date in the comment box of an insurance profile. It would be helpful to have a column in the insurance profiles showing the date it was last updated. Thank you.

This would be a huge time-saver. We also have to delete and re-add scan forms to each existing appointment, or have to repast the service to each appointment.

This is a very good idea. We have tried several work-arounds such as using color-coded in-blocks to create a perfect day schedule. Henry Schein's Dentrix program's Perfect Day option is very user-friendly, easy to update, and would be a welcome improvement to OMSVision's schedule.

Where are you putting this information on the claim form?

Our BlueCross BlueShield insurance requires the NPI in box 17b. I would be happy to forward their claim instructions to you.

Please add a field that permits entry of the NPI for co-therapists. A patient may be referred by a general dentist, but a medical claim may require the patient's PCP and that PCP's NPI. Having an NPI field for co-therapists that could be attached to claims would be helpful. We currently hand-write or have to manually enter in electronic medical claims.

Please consider allowing a user to customize the category names of the tabulated reports. We find that many of the categories are not useful, and use them instead to report on other procedures. We have no way of changing the name. For example, we are tracking CBCT scans and have used the "Rhinoplasty" category. Thank you for considering this request.

This would be disastrous for our office. Referrer file and co-therapist needs to exist separately. If you insist on combining, please allow the ability to sort or exclude when running reports, etc.

We would be very grateful for the ability to print envelopes or labels for co-therapists as well. The option to add to the referral database is not useful. We prefer to keep co-therapists separate from the referring doctors.

Our Instant Message program clears message history without selecting the "Clear History" box. It clears messages up until a random date in the past (anywhere from one month to three months prior). Would you please research why version 16 clears recent messages but keeps some old history? Thank you for your assistance.
