Can you give us more detail on this? How are you making the payment beforehand?

Since OMS took away the capability of posting on account, a lot of us have to post a NC visit in order to be able to post a payment. Double the work because OMS decided we didn't need to pre-post a payment before the actual charges are completed.

I think it would also be great in the insurance tabs to have a spot when the insurance profile was added and/or updated.

When adding a current patient into the Pre-Reg table (for a new referral / issue) the window that states "the patient name you entered is already registered, Use this patient here" pops up to accept or not accept. It would be beneficial to have the marker for COLLECTION accounts or DO NOT SCHEDULE pop up so we know when working the referrals. Otherwise those types of alerts are not noticed until after an appointment is made. When making an appointment from pre-reg, the marker associated with the registered patient does not pop up either.
