Change the picture charting of a root canal, post and crown - when this is charted, it looks identical to a planned extraction - doctors want to visibly see a difference

Nickname: preference setting to leave nickname field blank unless info typed in manually

Progress notes color coded by user.
Color code progress note entries by user. Example: Dr. blue, Hygiene pink, that sort of thing. This will make for easier sifting in the notes for different types of tx.
Make it easier to see at a glance the provider attached to any given note.

INS: Link Markers to Insurance Profiles
Embassy: The ability to link markers to individual insurance profiles. We use our pop up markers in the patient information center to indicate any special clauses we need to consider in doing treatment plans. If we could link them to the profiles when we put them in, we would not have to link them to each individual patient info center

LTR MGR: automatically generate a marker from the Letter’s Manager screen
Great Expressions: GE-25 - Ability to automatically generate a marker from the Letter’s Manager screen for a group of patients that are receiving that letter. The marker would then appear for each individual patient in the Marker’s section of the Note’s tab.

CLAIMS: When submitting prim and sec insurance - each should follow their own ins profile settings
Baycare: When you are submitting primary and secondary insurance both submissions follow the claim defaults of the primary carrier. If the primary carrier submits paper and the secondary carrier submits electronic, but submissions go paper. Both carrier submission should follow their own insurance profile settings.

APPT: Update the in-office status window whenever an appt is posted regardless of the time of day
Monterey: if you post a visit in the appt book before the appt time, the in-office status does not change (the color on the left of the appt block does not turn blue to indicate that the appt was posted). Previously anytime you posted an appt, it would be reflected in the appt book by turning blue. all of our receptionists look for the blue line next to all appts to ensure that thye have posted everything for the day. we frequently post appts prior to the appt time if a pt cancels the appt. we would like the in-office…
