You can still post payments to a terminated insurance carrier. I would highly suggest you contact our support team about this.
An error occurred while saving the comment YESI JAVIER commentedalso ability to transfer balance to previous insurance once it's terminated because sometimes the patient presents after it is terminated but have a new different insurance. instead of making it active transferring balance then terminating again

there is an option in CV (tools / settings/ miscellaneous tab) for ‘Chart history below chart’. your resolution has to be higher (larger monitors) to accommodate the move. this will show the history as you chart it instead of on a different screen. Let us know if that works for you.
An error occurred while saving the comment YESI JAVIER commentedWe meant a list of the treatment needed(not history) as the doctor dictates to the asst to chart and see a list in CV (at the bottom of the screen)rather than going back to DV and clicking the treatment plan button.

INSURANCE PROFILE SHOULD HAVE ABILITY TO SET A SEPARATE MAXIMUM FOR ORTHO AND PREVENTIVE BECAUSE SOME INSURANCE HAVE SEPARATE MAXIMUMS FOR THESE SERVICES
